这栋住宅共两层，最高处高度6.96米，首层用于屋主日常居住使用，上层则是为其父母准备的。住宅造型是简单的矩形结构，带有多处天窗或开口，还有一个中庭，这些设计使内部光线充足。二层带有一个十字的庭院，形成四个半独立的私人房间。首层还有车库和客厅，之间由一面大的玻璃墙隔开。室内地板、组合家具和车库门都是由深色胡桃木制成，外表装饰有金属板。

the simple rectangular form of the residence contains several voids to bring natural light into the interior as well as control views in the residential area. a cross-shaped courtyard on the second storey makes four semi-independent private volumes. the spacious garage and living room at street level are separated by a large glass wall, creating a constant visual connection and treating the automobile more as a piece of art on display. the interior is partly illuminated by a full dark walnut is used as the flooring material as well as integrated furniture and garage door, with metal panels as a skin.
