Project Manager 项目经理 - (Shanghai)
The Project Manager will be responsible for:
· Be responsible for implementing one or more workplace projects through the management of project teams.
· Be responsible for negotiating fees and contracts for projects, managing, scheduling, budgeting and staffing, project set-up with sub-consultants, vendors and contractors.
· Reviews project for conformance to contract.
· Tracks financial performance of project.

The ideal candidate must meet the following qualifications to be considered:

· 10+ years of successful project experience.
· Hold a degree in architecture design.
· Good leadership capability and can work as a team.
· Professional license or certification may or be required.
· Good communication skills in both Mandarin & English.
· Knowledge of building codes and structures.

Designer 设计师 – (Shanghai)
The Designer will be responsible for:
· Working with design team to develop solutions for various types of architecture and master planning projects;
· Producing hand sketch and computer study model for study of design ideas and for final presentation of design solutions;
· Producing CAD drawings for development of design solutions;
The ideal candidate must meet the following qualifications to be considered:
· 1-3 years related experience in an architectural firm.
· Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, PhotoShop and 3DStudio are required.
· Knowledge of ReVit is a plus.
· Good team spirit. Strong sense of personal responsibility and dedication to their work and the work of their team
· Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin and English.

Interior Designer 室内设计师 - (Shanghai)
The Interior Designer will be responsible for:
· Interaction with clients, meetings and presentations.
· Developing strategic planning, conceptual designs, design development, and production.
· Leading and monitoring interior design team.
· Coordinating with technical team.
· Participating in business development effort.
The ideal candidate must meet the following qualifications to be considered:
· 5-7 years professional experience including proven track record of leading the design of commercial interiors projects.
· Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school of design.
· Strong planning abilities and have the ability to mentor team members, offer guidance and leadership.
· Knowledge of the total project process including fee and team management, schedules and budgets.
· Self-starters with good verbal and written communication skills both in Chinese and English.
· Proficiency in the use of AutoCAD and other 3D computer design programs. Understanding of REVIT is a plus.
· Strong skills in client relationship management and presentation.

Project Architect项目建筑师 -(Shanghai)
Manages, organizes and coordinates project teams and team assignments to complete architectural projects, responsible for ensuring that production of construction documents are in concert with design intent, responsible for project schedules and budgets. Resolves complex technical/design issues and provides guidance to team. Coordinates activity and communication between project team and other disciplines. Primary project types should include: commercial, mixed-use / retail and higher education. Full knowledge of architectural principles / practices.
The Project Architect will be responsible for:
· Organizing and managing project teams and team assignments
· Coordination with LDI and client during all phases to ensure production of contract documents are aligned with design intent
· Full coordination between teams and projects
· Managing project timelines and schedules
· Resolution of complex technical and design issues as they arise
The ideal candidate must meet the following qualifications to be considered:
· At least 12-15 years professional experience.
· A licensed Architect registered either by Chinese or overseas government will be an advantage.
· Knowledge of Chinese building codes, standards and structures
· Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English, and the ability to work well with a team
· Computer skills should include AutoCad, Illustrator, Photoshop, SketchUp. 3DMax and Revit is a plus.
· Strong leadership abilities and the ability to manage teams and projects
· Strong organizational skills

CAD Specialist CAD专员 – (Shanghai)

We are looking for a motivated self-starter who will be part of one of the most dynamic and fastest growing interiors/ architectural firms in the world. In addition to providing CAD/BIM support, the candidate will be required to assist users on a one to one basis, and to provide mentoring for project teams as needed. A large portion of this job is end user support. The candidate will also train new hires in a classroom setting.
The CAD Specialist will be responsible for:
· Provide continual assessment of the region’s CAD/BIM environments
Determine weaknesses in current CAD/BIM implementation and propose solutions
Establish processes by which CAD/BIM decisions and rollouts are distributed with minimal downtime
· Develop and enhance the current knowledge

· Enforce Gensler standards
Start to transition the region from traditional CAD processes to the BIM workflow
· Project set-up and network folder organization
· Manage the interaction between Gensler staff and LDI partners
· Develop, maintain, and promote Gensler’s CAD/BIM standards

· Educate Managers
· Help managers understand the CAD/BIM process
· Help managers assess the technical skills of users

· Foster communication among the staff regarding CAD
· Disseminate information from San Francisco and/or Firmwide offices
· Share solutions to common problems with the general staff
· Identify any outstanding CAD/BIM issues within studios

· Training
Help acclimate newly hired employees with the current Gensler CAD/BIM standards
Provide continuing education through informal lunch meetings, or Q&A sessions
· Identify the appropriate CAD-related tools for specific tasks/projects
· Identify best practices for the current workflow and for the current toolsets
The ideal candidate must meet the following qualifications to be considered:
· Previous project experience in the Architecture/Design industry (5+ years)
· Proven experience with Autocad Architecture 2009/2010/2011 and Revit Architecture 2009/2010/2011
· Experience in using, supporting, and customizing Autodesk products, specifically Revit Architecture
· Be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of modeling and rendering tools, such as SketchUp, Rhino or 3D Studio Max.
· Experience with Microsoft Windows desktop support and IT troubleshooting (not related to CAD) is a plus.
· Good communication & interpersonal skills in both English and Chinese.

Senior Designer 资深设计师 - (Shanghai)
The Senior Designer will work in the architecture studio on large, high end and custom design projects, providing design leadership by giving clients an excellent service both on design and delivery, continually provide design solutions, improving design quality, represent Gensler architecture design to clients and the design community, mentoring designers in their careers and working profitably for the firm.

The Senior Designer will be responsible for:
· Interaction with clients, meetings and presentations.
· Develop Programming, consulting, strategic planning, conceptual designs, space planning, presentations, design development, and production.
· Leading and monitoring architectural design team.
· Develop and be responsible for projects budgets.
· Coordinate with technical team.
· Participate in business development effort.
The ideal candidate must meet the following qualifications to be considered:
· 12+ years professional experience including proven track record of leading the design of large-scale projects such as, corporate headquarters, campus planning or mixed-use projects.
· BArch/MArch or foreign equivalent, Architectural licensed
· Must understand trends in large, shell / core architectural design
· Possess a high level of visual and verbal communication skills and a high level of freehand and rendering skills.
· Have the ability to mentor team members, offer guidance and leadership.
· Be capable of using 2D/3D software, including AutoCAD, 3D Studio MAX, Sketchup, PhotoShop, InDesign and Illustrator , and PowerPoint .
· REVIT is a plus.
· Knowledge of the total project process including fee and team management, schedules and budgets.
· Good communication skills in both Mandarin & English.

Studio Coordinator 部门协调员 / 行政助理 -(Shanghai)

The Studio Coordinator will be responsible for:
· Assist Principals & Directors with administrative aspects of projects including proposals, contracts, meeting notes & project filing
· Coordinate travel, timesheets and expense reports including expense reconciliation
· Monitor Principal’s phones and their calendars
· Assist with collection of time sheets, consultant and billing invoices
· Coordinate daily administrative tasks for an architecture studio of 20 people
· Work with other Studio Coordinators to cover Principals/Studio Directors/studios as needed and on special projects
· Serve as back-up for other Studio Coordinators when necessary
· Other administrative duties as required.
The ideal candidate must meet the following qualifications to be considered:
· Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years experience in a similar role
· Must have solid experience in an administrative support position
· Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
· Proficient in Adobe Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
· Extreme attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and prioritize required
· Excellence in working in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
· Must be organized, efficient and enjoy working with a team as well as work independently
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese

Executive Assistant:
The Executive Assistant will be responsible for:
· Manage the Principal’s calendar, screen incoming calls and other general administrative duties
· Arrange travel for Principal and visitors, as needed
· Assist with collection of timecards and expense reports for approval
· Generate, compose and issue business correspondence as appropriate
· Coordinate and attend Senior Management Meetings, including setting up, taking notes and managing follow up activities (distribution, knowledge sharing, action items, electronic and hardcopy filing)
· Additional tasks and special projects, as assigned
The ideal candidate must meet the following qualifications to be considered:
· Bachelor’s Degree
· Minimum 8 years relevant experience in the professional services, advertising, architecture, legal or technology environments
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
