Project Architect项目建筑师 -（Shanghai） Manages, organizes and coordinates project teams and team assignments to complete architectural projects, responsible for ensuring that production of construction documents are in concert with design intent, responsible for project schedules and budgets. Resolves complex technical/design issues and provides guidance to team. Coordinates activity and communication between project team and other disciplines. Primary project types should include: commercial, mixed-use / retail and higher education. Full knowledge of architectural principles / practices. CAD Specialist CAD专员 – (Shanghai) We are looking for a motivated self-starter who will be part of one of the most dynamic and fastest growing interiors/ architectural firms in the world. In addition to providing CAD/BIM support, the candidate will be required to assist users on a one to one basis, and to provide mentoring for project teams as needed. A large portion of this job is end user support. The candidate will also train new hires in a classroom setting.
