Project Leader (Design Development / Contract Documentation) 1. Applicants are expected to have a strong design interest and a lateral and flexible approach to solving design issues. 2. 3 to 5 years (minimum 3 years ) landscape construction documentation experience preferred with good understanding of Design Development, Construction Documentation and National Standards. Good understanding of construction, materials, local planting and cost estimate will be required to be demonstrated during the application process. 3. Work experience on site would beneficial. 4. We are seeking a team leader with good communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility, be able to delegate tasks to the team and train less experienced team members. Landscape Rendering Specialist 1. Excellent skills in render tools such as V-ray or Max Well Render 2. A specialist in PSD rendering 3. Minimum 3-5 years working experience in rendering 4. Team player, good communication skills and sense of responsibility 5. CAD Experience with landscape training background or experience is a plus 6. Your responsibilities are ensuring project programme and quality. 1. Minimum 2 to 3 years of landscape experience preferred with good understanding of design including Schematic Design and Construction Documentation. 2. Good understanding of the current worlds’ best design practices. 3. Lateral thinking in site context and a clean contemporary design style； 4. Good understanding of local design regulations. 5. Good communicative skills and project management skills required. 6. Excellent skills in AutoCAD, Photoshop will be required to be demonstrated during the application process. 7. Hand sketch skills, 3DMAX and Sketch Up experience would be beneficial.
