Perkins Eastman is currently the largest architectural planning and design firm in New York City, with an expanding global practice, interested in finding talented and self-motivated designers to assist on recent commissioned China projects. Education: Bachelors or Masters in Architecture Experience: 0-3 years Architect: Experience with Autocadd, 3D software, PPT, Photoshop and Sketch-up for graphic presentation and documentation of building projects required. English language skills preferred. Perkins Eastman is an award winning, knowledge-based International design and planning firm, specializing in urban planning, commercial and institutional design projects with an expanding China practice. We are looking for experienced, self-motivated individuals capable of leading a project team in the production of architectural schematic design and design development documents for projects in China. Candidates must be licensed design professionals (US license preferred) with a minimum of 10 years professional experience and a Bachelor of Architecture or Masters Degree. LEED accreditation a plus, strong technical, design and leadership skills are required. Candidates must also demonstrate knowledge of the China design and construction industry and ability to lead multi-disciplinary, international design teams and consultants. Prior working experience in China preferred.
