美播商务咨询是一家为国外客户制作3维动画和视觉效果的西方化管理的公司。现需招聘模型师一名。

职位要求：
· 主动，认真仔细。是一位带有“能做”态度的解决问题者。能快速学习新知识。能快速学习新知识。具备良好的团队意识及服务理念。良好的职业道德及文化素养。有较强的理解能力及创意思维。
· 精通3维动画制作程序。必须会运用3dMax 和Vray。会使用其他软件者优先。
· 至少有1年的3维模型经验。
· 会说流利的中文。有英语能力者优先。
· 中专及以上学历，建筑学、美术或相关专业毕业的优先考虑。

Description of Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is:
Proactive and detail-oriented. A problem solver with a ‘can-do’ attitude and ability to learn quickly.
Highly skilled in 3d programs. Skill in 3dMax and Vray is necessary, skill in other programs is preferred but not necessary.
Skill in editing and post production programs is preferred but not required.
At least 2 years experience industry experience in a role of managing other 3d artists.
A native mandarin speaker. English ability is preferred but not required.

Description of Responsibilities
This role reports to: Production Director
This role manages: Other rendering team members and freelance 3d artists
Gathering resources and project planning
Technical execution of rendering/shading/lighting for various projects
Technical management of other rendering team 3d artists to maximize efficiency

动画渲染
任职资格：
（1）中专及以上学历，建筑学、环境艺术、美术或相关专业毕业；
（2）熟练应用3DMAX等相关软件，掌握VRAY或其他至少一种渲染器，熟练掌握粒子系统,骨骼等特效技术者优先。
（3）有较强的理解能力及创意思维；
（4）具有较强的色彩把握及意境控制能力，具备丰富的动画制作技术及经验，对模型、后期流程有深入了解；
（5）具备良好的团队意识及服务理念，良好的职业道德及文化素养，愿意尝试新鲜事物；
（6）要求提交部分个人作品；
（7）两年以上相关工作经验，拥有丰富的经验。
（8）能熟练运用AE、COMBUSTION、PREMIERE、PHOTOSHOP等软件；

Rendering Manager

Description of Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is:
(1) At least College Diploma. Major in Architecture, Art of Environment and Art or relevant.
(2) Be able to use 3dMax etc relevant software. Good at using VRAY or at least one of rendering software. Excellent use of Particle system and Rig Bone etc will be preferred.
(3) Strong ability of understanding and creative
(4) Strong ability of controlling colour and artistic conception. With excellent motion animation techniques. Familiar with modeling and post production.
(5) To be part of a team and understand customer services. Good education and ethics of profession. Willing to learn.
(6) Please bring one of your work
(7) At least 2 years relevant work experience.
(8) Excellent use of software AE, COMBUSTION, PREMIERE, PHOTOSHOP etc.
