● 主创建筑师（设计副总监及以上）
要求：
建筑学或城市规划专业，本科及以上学历；
5~8年以上建筑方案或规划设计工作经验，
有独立主持大型项目的综合设计及管理能力；
具备较强的沟通协调能力和徒手表达能力；
具备较强的从设计到建造全过程控制能力；
熟悉相关设计规范、熟练掌握相关绘图软件；
强烈的责任心和良好的团队领导能力；
有境外知名建筑事务所或知名大型设计院工作经验者优先。

● 项目建筑师
要求：
建筑学或城市规划专业，本科及以上学历；
3~5年以上建筑方案或规划设计工作经验，
有参与或主持设计大型项目的经验；
具备一定的沟通协调能力和徒手表达能力；
具备一定的从设计到建造全过程控制能力；
熟悉相关设计规范、熟练掌握相关绘图软件；
强烈的责任心和良好的团队合作精神；
有境外知名建筑事务所或知名大型设计院工作经验者优先。

● 建筑师
要求：
建筑学或城市规划专业，本科及以上学历；
1~3年以上建筑方案或规划设计工作经验，
有独立完成单体设计的经验；
具备一定的设计理解能力和表达能力；
熟悉相关设计规范、精通相关绘图软件；
强烈的责任心和良好的团队合作精神；
有境外知名建筑事务所或知名大型设计院工作经验者优先。

● 建筑学专业实习人员
要求：
建筑学专业四年级以上学生；
具备一定的学习能力和理解能力；
实习期不少于三个月；
熟练掌握相关绘图软件。

Requirements:
Major of architecture or urban planning, bachelor’s degree or above；
5-8+ years of working experience in building scheme or planning & design；
Having management skills and the capability to independently direct the comprehensive designing for large-scale projects；
Having good communication and coordination skills as well as freehand sketching ability；
Having strong capabilities to control the whole process from designing to building；
Being familiar with related designing specifications, and skilled in using related drawing software；
Having a strong sense of responsibility and good ability in team leadership；
Applicant with working experience at a famous foreign architectural firm or a famous large design institution will be favored.

●Project Architect
Requirements:
Major of architecture or urban planning, bachelor’s degree or above；
3-5+ years of working experience in building scheme or planning & design；
Having experience in participating in or directing large-scale projects；
Having communications and coordination skills as well as freehand sketching ability；
Having the capabilities to control the whole process from designing to building；
Being familiar with related designing specifications and skilled in using related drawing software；
Having a strong sense of responsibility and good team work spirit；
Applicant with working experience at a famous foreign architectural firm or a famous large design institution will be favored.

●Architect
Requirements:
Major of architecture or urban planning, bachelor’s degree or above；
1-3+ years of working experience in building scheme or planning & design；
Having experience in independently completing typical building design；
Having comprehension and expression ability of design；
Being familiar with related designing specifications and skilled in using related drawing software；
Having a strong sense of responsibility and good team work spirit；
Applicant with working experience at a famous foreign architectural firm or a famous large design institution will be favored.

●Professional Intern of Architecture
Requirements:
Senior student (in fourth year or above) in architecture；
Having the ability for learning and comprehension；
The probation period being no less than three months；
Be familiar with related drawing software.
