We specialize in creating state of the art commercial, retail and leisure environments, fusing the skills of our multidisciplinary design teams. We are seeking talented, enthusiastic and energetic people in the following position； 1. RETAIL ARCHITECT (1 person) Responsibilities: · Work with the project team on a wide range of international projects. · Conceptual, schematic and detailed design development of architectural and / or interior design projects · Assist and oversee the preparation, coordination and production of detailed architectural drawings · Coordination with other internal design teams including Auto CAD / 3D Modeling / Graphic Presentation Work · Prepare detail drawings / construction details, graphics and 2 / 3-D presentation · Work on new build and renovation projects Requirements: · Enthusiastic, and ability to work well in teams, · University graduate in Architecture · Enthusiastic, works well in teams or individually, following projects from concept through to completion. · Strong ability to work under pressure to meet tight timescales · A strong understanding of retail environments, a passion for design, detailing and construction documentation is a must. · Minimum 3-5 years working experience in retail / commercial projects and mixed use master planning. · Good working knowledge of computer drafting and presentation software such as AutoCAD, Photoshop, 3D Studio, Sketch-Up, and related software · Excellent computer and hand sketching presentation skills · Good command of written and spoken English Interested candidates are invited to submit a comprehensive portfolio and resume, stating expected salary and date availability together with a recent photograph to : e-mail: concepti@vip.sina.com www.concept-i-design.com 2. INTERIOR DESIGNER (Intermediate / Junior) (1 person) Responsibilities: · Supports the project team on all design proposals and drawings related matters from conceptualization of design to full detailed drawing, perspective drawing · Work with the project team on a wide range of international projects ； interior designing, space planning related to commercial projects, eg. retail malls, department stores, restaurants, food and beverage, leisure and hotel projects. · Ability to translate designs into interiors reflecting the corporate identity or brand image of clients. · Assist and oversee the preparation, coordination and production of detailed drawings · Coordination with other internal design teams including Auto CAD / 3D Modeling / Graphic Presentation Work · Prepare detail drawings / construction details, graphics and 2 / 3D presentation Requirements: · Minimum 2-5 of experience in commercial interior projects. · Flair, creativity, ability to conceive and develop designs for international projects. · Strong passion for innovative and creative approach to achieve design excellence. · Ability to work efficiently on multiple projects concurrently in a fast paced working environment. · Knowledge of AutoCAD, Photoshop and other relevant software will be an added advantage. Lighting Designer (1 person) Arch. / Interior degree or related fields (lighting design qualification will be an advantage), with further lighting qualification. Ability to conceive, design, coordinates production drawings / specifications, inspect international projects. Retail / commercial experience preferred. Requirements: · At least 3-5 years of working experience in designing interior and exterior lighting schemes for commercial buildings, hotels, resorts and others. · Knowledge in areas of lighting fitting, lighting designs, and lighting calculations · Educational background in relevant areas such as Architecture / Interior Design, Electrical Engineering, Show / Event / Exhibition Design · Conversant with local codes and regulations, and submission procedures · Computer knowledge · Good spoken and written English. · Knowledge of CAD and electrical engineering design software is an advantage · Competitive, able to work under pressure in a fast paced industry.
