It was founded in Los Angeles, California in 2002. In 2007, PURE’s China studio was established in Shanghai. PURE has won several international design competitions, including Shanghai Cultural Park, Zhuhai Forest Creek Art Community (To be finished in 2008), Star Bay Resort, Kunshan East Town Urban Design and etc. PURE’s work has been exhibited internationally, including the 2004 and 2007 UCLA Selected Alumni Exhibition, the 2007 Get It Louder Exhibition, the 2007 Shenzhen and HongKong Architecture and Urbanism Biennale, and the 2008 Beijing Architecture Biennale. In 2009， PURE is selected as the top 48 Chinese contemporary architectural design institutes in the publication of Building China. PURE’s writing has been published at Architects, Time Architecture, Urban Architecture, South Architecture, O2, and etc. （see more info on the firm at www.puredesign.us） We have the following openings in our Shanghai office: Senior Architectural Designer：1 Candidates should hold bachelor degree in Architecture or equivalent, have more than 5 years’ working experiences, possess high design sensibility, strong communication and 3D computer graphics skills (Rhino/Maya) or has demonstrated technical knowledge and construction documents experience. Hospitality project experiences preferred. Junior Architectural Designers: 2 Candidates should hold bachelor degree in Architecture or equivalent, have 2 plus years’ working experiences， possess high design sensibility, strong communication and 3D computer graphics skills (Rhino/Maya, Vray/Mental Ray) . Senior Urban Designer：1 Candidates should hold Master degree in Urban Planning or Urban Design, have more than 3 years’ working experiences, possess high design sensibility, strong communication and 3D computer graphics skills (Rhino/Maya), familiar with local and national planning codes, has demonstrated technical knowledge and construction documents experience for large scale urban design and planning projects in China. Marketing & Administrative Assistant：1 Candidates should have strong PR and interpersonal skills, fluent in English is a plus. Successful candidates will assist to organize office materials for publication； collaborate on exhibitions and cataloguing the archives. Architectural Interns：Multiple Candidates should be able to work for minimum 3 months period of time, and have strong portfolio of individual design works. Proficiency required for 3D computer graphics and 2D drafting.
