Business Development Manager / Officer (Beijing/Shanghai/Shenzhen) Responsibilities: - Report to Managing Director； - Coordinate and liaise with Client on contract terms and conditions； - Administer daily enquiry and follow up the orders with clients； - Maintain relationship with client and develop business； - Provide technical and coordination support to the project team； - Coordinate work with Managing Director and Project teams on project negotiations； - Follow up with clients on China Taxation issues； - Any other duties as assigned by Managing Director. Requirements: - Diploma or Degree holders preferably in the field of Building Industry； - 5 years or more relevant experience in contract preparation and negotiation with a minimum of 2 years of supervisory level； - Knowledge and experience in building or related industry would be an advantage； - Excellent written and spoken Mandarin & English； - Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills； - Proficiency in PC software, e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Chinese word processing； - Experience in ISO system would be an advantage； - A good team player who are responsible, mature and able to work under pressure； - Willing to travel； - Applicants with less experience will be considered as Business Development Officer. 工作地点：北京/上海/深圳 2. 项目经理（北京/上海/成都/杭州/深圳） 工作职责： 作为香港项目经理/设计师以及国内项目甲方、施工方之间的主要联络人，并负责相关项目管理工作。确保项目从初始阶段至完成阶段项目施工现场沟通及管理的准确性及完整性。 工作要求： - 本科或以上学历，毕业于景观设计、建筑或其它相关专业 ； - 必须具备丰富的景观工程软/硬景施工相关管理和指导经验； - 必须具备5年以上项目管理之工作经验； - 必须有景观设计公司工作经验； - 具有责任感和积极主动的工作态度，做事认真细心； - 能独立把控项目，且能适应在高强度及压力下工作； - 具备良好英语能力，可以就日常工作与外籍设计师直接沟通者优先考虑； - 能应付因工作需要而经常出差或加班者优先考虑； - 有外资设计公司工作经验者优先考虑。 常驻地点：北京、上海、成都、杭州、深圳 3.设计总监助理（深圳） 工作要求： - 直接协助设计总监，跟进其在中国内地的项目事宜； - 本科学历，植物设计、景观设计、工程管理等相关专业，有海外留学经验者优先考虑； - 具备至少3年以上景观设计或项目管理经验；熟悉北方植物者优先考虑； - 有外资设计公司工作背景，以及操流利英文者优先考虑； - 须经常出差、陪同设计总监参加客户会议，撰写会议纪要、设计描述等，必要时需做项目汇报； - 须与本地及外籍设计人员沟通交流，具丰富项目跟进及协调经验者优先考虑； - 具有良好的处理压力及解决问题的能力； - 勤奋、细心、好学和有责任感的工作态度。 工作地点：深圳 4. 软景设计师（北京/深圳） 工作职责： - 负责软景设计方案和扩初施工图设计，能表现项目总体设计风格。 - 苗木甄选，幷为现场提供种植施工指导，以及监督施工单位是否按照我司设计标准施工。 工作要求： - 本科或以上学历，园林类专业毕业； - 必须具备5年相关软景设计工作经验； - 必须熟悉北方植物及苗木市场行情，同时也了解华中，华南区域植物者优先考虑； - 有丰富的植物配置设计经验，及一定的项目跟进协调经验； - 能独立绘制软景施工图（手图或CAD图均可）； - 具良好的沟通协调及理解能力，能够灵活处理问题，学习能力强； - 有外资设计公司工作背景优先考虑； - 掌握植物拉丁名称者优先考虑； - 须经常出差。 工作地点：北京/深圳 5. Operation Officer (Shenzhen) Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to Director of PMO； - Provide project operations support by managing the day-to-day activities, monitoring the daily operations of the project teams and reporting to PMO； - Handle the project schedules and follow up the on-going project progress and up-coming projects to be started on time； - Monitor the internal project schedules in order to meet with the external deadlines and arrange resources to maximize the efficiency and quality of the end product； - Provide timely reports and analysis, in the areas of project schedules, master program, and project complexity etc； - Provide guidance for the Project Teams to ensure the projects are conducted in compliance with the Team Operation Procedure and ISO requirements so as to ensure internal business controls are in place and operating effectively； - To ensure the effectiveness of flow of between all design offices and coordinate with the weekly project status in other related offices； - To conduct survey with clients on company performance through periodical telephone calls. Report and update PMO on current status.
