Minimum Bachelors Degree in Urban Design from a recognized Chinese or Foreign Tertiary Institution with minimum study duration of 5 years (Well-known institution would be an advantage) 2. Fluency in both verbal and written Mandarin and English (Proficient in architectural vocabulary) 3. 3-5 years experience working with a highly regarded Local Design Institute / Architect or Foreign Architect on a broad range of project types and covering all aspects of Design, Documentation and Project Management 4. A thorough and well developed understanding of local planning regulations and practices is essential 5. A high level of proficiency in the following software ( candidates should be prepared to be tested on these skills ) -AUTOCAD 2008/2009 - ADOBE CREATIVE SUITE (incl Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) - MICROSOFT OFFICE (incl Word, Excel, Powerpoint) 6. Skills in 3D Studio Max, Rhino or other 3D software would be an advantage 7. Outstanding 2D and 3D free-hand drawing skills are essential 8. Experience in projects between urban design scale and building scale is essential 9. Understanding / Experience in Sustainable Design would be an advantage 建筑师Architect Requirements: 1. Minimum Bachelors Degree in Architecture from a recognized Chinese or Foreign Tertiary Institution with minimum study duration of 5 years (Well-known institution would be an advantage) 2. Fluency in both verbal and written Mandarin and English (Proficient in architectural vocabulary) 3. Successful completion of Grade 1 and 2 Registration Exams or the foreign equivalent 4. 5-7 years experience working with a highly regarded Local Design Institute / Architect or Foreign Architect on a broad range of project types and covering all aspects of Design, Documentation and Project Management 5. A high level of proficiency in the following software - candidates should be prepared to be tested on these skills -AUTOCAD 2003/2004 -ADOBE CREATIVE SUITE (incl Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) -MICROSOFT OFFICE (incl Word, Excel, Powerpoint) 6. Skills in 3D Studio Max or other 3D software would be an advantage 7. Outstanding 2D and 3D free-hand drawing skills are essential 8. Understanding / Experience in Sustainable Design would be an advantage 幕墙设计师 Facade Designer Requirements: 1． 建筑、结构、机械专业，大学本科学历以上 2．具有2~4年从事幕墙设计工作的经验。 3．工作认真负责，有进取心。 幕墙工程师Facade Engineer Requirements: 1． 结构工程相关专业，大学本科学历以上 2． 具有3-4年幕墙加工和安装、质量控制工作经验， 3． 有志于从事幕墙工厂加工和现场安装、质量检查工作。工作认真负责，有进取心。 CAD绘图员CAD Operator Requirements: 1. Minimum Bachelors Degree in Architecture from a recognized Chinese or Foreign Tertiary Institution with minimum study duration of 5 years (Well-known institution would be an advantage) 2.
