Join us and let’s fulfill our ambitious dream together. 招聘职位： 1. 助理建筑师 Assistant Architect 职位描述： -应聘者应具有建筑设计专业本科及以上学历； -必须精通CAD等建筑绘图软件，以协助建筑师/室内设计师相关绘图工作； -具体工作内容为：配合建筑师/室内设计师准备设计详图，CAD设计图纸、招标图及施工图纸等； -具有团队意识及良好的合作精神； -具有积极进取、不怕困难的精神； -英文表达能力。 - Candidate should have Bachelor Degree or above in Architectural design field - team work spirit and co-ordinate with other professional staff - Positive, cheerful and Can-do attitude - To support the work of Architect/ Interior Designer - To assist Architect/ Interior Designer prepare the detail design drawings, CAD design drawings and working drawings for tendering and site construction - Fluent expression in English. 2. 建筑师Architect 职位描述： 1、建筑学专业大学本科及以上学历； 2、三年以上建筑设计经验（有一定的初步设计及熟练施工图设计经验，能协助或独立进行方案设计,项目管理）； 3、熟练使用建筑设计相关的应用软件（天正、AUTOCAD等），了解国家及上海市建筑规范； 4、具备注册建筑师资格者优先考虑 5、具有较强的沟通协调能力和悟性。 6、英语听说流利。 1. Bachelor’s Degree or above with background in architecture related majors; 2. Three years’ experience in architecture design ( have certain experience in junior design and skilled Construction Drawing Design, be able to assist or independently work on project planning and management) 3. Proficient in architecture software , TArch, AutoCAD, etc. familiar with national and municipal architecture laws and regulations. 4.
