Growing, award-winning, international operating architecture and design firm seeks self-motivated, responsible and experienced project manager for a Multifunctional High-rise development of 150 000 square meter, to join our creative team in Beijing. Candidate Requirements: • Applicants should have several years of working experience including DD + CD Phases • On site supervision experience preferred • Experienced in Team Coordination, Project Management and communication is a must • Fluent English skills; Mandarin language skills preferred • Proficient in AutoCAD • Experience with 3d Applications preferred Additionally, candidate must have excellent communication skills and effectively participate with a collaborative project design team. Job duties to include: project management of 150 000 square meter development in northern china, team coordination, project coordination, development of construction documents, review of shop drawings, on site construction administration and communication. 2. Candidate Requirements: • Applicants should have several years of working experience in concept through CD. • Fluent English skills; Mandarin language skills preferred • Proficient in AutoCAD and Adobe applications is a must • Experience with Maya, Rhino and 3dMax preferred • Min of 2 years work experience Additionally, candidate must have excellent communication skills and effectively participate with a collaborative project design team. Job duties to include: conceptual design, design development, project coordination Salaries commensurate to experience and abilities.
