Now we are recruiting the following positions for our Shanghai Office. 一．资深建筑设计师 1. 具备优秀设计及表现能力，项目管理及团队领导能力，精通国家、地方建筑、规划、消防设计规范； 2. 10年以上大型综合项目设计经验； 3. 建筑学学士或硕士学位，国家一级注册建筑师优先考虑。 4. 优秀的英文语言表达能力，能与外籍建筑师直接交流； Senior Architect 1. Experienced in team leadership, with strong design skills. Knowledge of Chinese planning and construction regulations are required. 2. Experience: 10 years or more in large-scale, mixed-use projects. 3. Education: Bachelor or Master in Architecture or Class 1 Registered Architect (PRC). 4. Very good level of verbal and written English required. 二．建筑设计师 1. 具备良好的设计及表现能力，能熟练使用CAD, Photoshop, 3DMax等专业软件； 2. 熟悉国家、地方建筑、规划、消防设计规范者优先考虑； 3. 4年大型综合项目设计经验； 4. 建筑学学士学位； 5. 良好的英文语言口头及书面表达能力。 Architect 1. Requirements include creative design skills, CAD, Photoshop, 3D studio Max or similar. 2. Knowledge of Chinese planning, and construction regulations is an advantage. 3. Experience: 4 years in large-scale, mixed-use projects. 4. Education: Bachelor in Architecture. 5. Good level of verbal and written English required. 三．资深室内设计师 1. 建筑或设计专业本科以上学历，5年以上相关工作经验，良好的艺术审美创意、设计能力；项目管理及团队领导能力； 2. 优秀的视觉表现能力，擅长手绘，能熟练应用多种设计软件（CAD、PHOTOSHOP或3DMAX等）； 3. 有5年以上大型建筑室内设计经验者优先。 4. 优秀的英文口头及书面表达能力，能与外籍建筑师直接交流； Senior Interior Designer 1. Education: Bachelor in Architecture, 5 years working related experience. Portfolio and CV should demonstrate creative design skills and experienced in team leadership. 2. Hand drawing skills, CAD, Photoshop, 3D Max or similar computer skills is desired. 3. Experience: 5 years in large-scale, mixed-use interior design is preferred. 4. Good level of verbal and written English required. 四．室内设计师 1. 建筑或设计专业本科以上学历，3年以上相关工作经验，良好的艺术审美创意、设计能力； 2. 优秀的视觉表现能力，擅长手绘，能熟练应用多种设计软件（CAD、PHOTOSHOP或3DMAX等）； 3. 责任心强，具团队协作精神，普通话流利，英语优秀，具备一定的沟通能力； 4. 有3年以上大型建筑室内设计经验者优先。 Interior Designer 1. Education: Bachelor in Architecture, 3 years working related experience. Portfolio and CV should demonstrate creative design skills. 2. Hand drawing skills, CAD, Photoshop, 3D Max or similar computer skills is desired. 3. Experience: 3 years in large-scale, mixed-use interior design is preferred. 4. Good level of verbal and written English required. 五．平面设计师 1. 专业院校美术、艺术类、设计类专业毕业； 2. 具有较强的创造力和设计执行能力，有良好的审美； 3. 工作3年以上，了解印刷流程及相关工艺，并制作过各种宣传印刷品； 4. 熟练操作Photoshop、Illustrator, Pagemake, Indesign等设计软件； 5. 踏实肯干，责任心强，优秀的团队合作和敬业精神，成熟的职业心态和职业素质；服从工作安排，在需要时能帮助他人完成工作； 6. 有会展展示创意设计经验者优先考虑。英语优秀，具备一定的沟通能力。 Graphic Designer 1. Undergraduate degree or above, major in art or design. 2. Strongly creative design capability and acute sense of aesthetics. 3. At least 3 years working experience in AD company, design firms, etc; knowledge of printing and experience in making ad material. 4. Excellent design software skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, Pagemaker, Indesign, etc. 5. Committed, reliable, team-oriented, and willing to assist others to finish the assignment asked. 6.
