Responsibilities will include design and documentation of projects, client interaction,overseeing project work, leading project teams, adherence to time frames, and cost schedules. We are looking for 8 – 15 years experience with proven skills in the following areas in Architectural building design: •Client briefing •Project management, •Presentation •Innovative design •Documentation and report writing A previous position with either a Multinational Design consultancy or High Technology experience will be an advantage. General computer literacy and AutoCAD skills are essential. Project Architects We are seeking skilled architects capable of leading the documentation of small to medium size projects, work with the client, like working within an enthusiastic team, and are skilled in adherence to time frames, and cost schedules. You will need 5 years experience and proven skills in the following areas: •Architectural building design •Presentation documents, •Project Documentation •Leadership skills •Report and Specification writing, You will need to be able to demonstrate proven commercial experience to be successful for this role.
