| Perkins Eastman建筑师事务所是目前纽约市最大的建筑规划与设计公司，最近将业务扩展到中国，目前正在为上海办事处招聘一名项目总监及初级建筑设计师若干名。 Perkins Eastman Architects PC, is now interviewing for the position of Project Director for there Shanghai Office. Perkins Eastman is currently the largest architectural planning and design firm in New York City, withrecently expanded operations in China. 职位：项目总监 要求： 学历 — 建筑学学士/建筑学硕士优先，具备8-10年专业经验；优异的双语（普通话与英语）技能（英语专业八级或以上）；必须具有与在华国际公司的合作经历以及与当地建筑设计事务所的协调经验；需要具有优秀的管理才能和设计能力，熟悉与当地法规、建筑施工实务、标准与规划审批流程；必须具备领导团队从概念到施工管理各个阶段的经验；具备住宅、商业、多用途、零售、教育与医疗服务等类型建筑经验者优先。 Requirements: Education - Bachelor of Architecture degree (BArch), Master’s Degree (MArch) preferred. 8-10 Years. Professional Experience required, Excellent Bi-Lingual (Mandarin and English) skills required (TEM 8 or higher). Experience working with International Firms in China is a must. Experience coordinating work with Local Design Institutes a must. Strong Management and Design skills required. Must be knowledgeable in local codes, construction practices, standards and planning submission processes. Must have experience leading project teams in all phases of the project, from Concept to Construction Administration.
