AS. Architecture-Studio is looking for an urban planner.
 Full time position in Shanghai
 experience of 5 years or more is required
 Skills in all phases of planning. Experience and capacity in planning and compiling for Regulatory Detailed Plan and Detailed Construction Plan.
 Experience in economic items such as land developing and programming, and cost calculating and estimating.
 Certain ability and knowledge in urban designing and architecture designing.
 Passion in urban planning
 Team work spirit
 Skills in Autocad, Photoshop
 Fluent spoken and written English or French
 negotiable wages

 工作性质：全职
 工作地点：上海
 五年以上工作经验
 熟练规划设计各个阶段的工作，有进行控制性详细规划、修建性详细规划等阶段规划编制的实际工作能力和经验
 对土地分期使用开发和策划、成本测算和运营等经济因素有实际的操作经验。
 有一定的城市设计和建筑设计能力和基础
 热爱规划设计工作
 具有团体合作精神和良好的沟通能力
 精通Autocad, Photoshop
 语言：英语或法语口语/文字流利
 工资面谈
