| 公司介绍 凯悦酒店及度假村集团 凯悦酒店及度假村集团在世界各地共有215家酒店（客房总数超过9万间），分布于43个国家和地区，拥有凯悦、君悦和柏悦三个酒店品牌。另外凯悦在全球还有38间新酒店及度假村正在建设中，包括13家即将在中国开业的酒店。 凯悦酒店和度假村集团的总部位于美国芝加哥，是“环球凯悦公司”旗下的子公司。 凯悦在中国 现有酒店 北京东方君悦大酒店、上海金茂君悦大酒店、香港君悦酒店、台北君悦大饭店、杭州凯悦酒店、天津凯悦酒店、西安凯悦（阿房宫)）饭店 正在筹建的酒店 凯悦目前在中国兴建的酒店有13家，地点包括：北京、上海、宁波、广州、深圳、东莞、成都、重庆、苏州及京津新城（天津宝坻）等。 ----------------------------------------------------------------------- 凯悦国际酒店管理（北京）有限责任公司 凯悦国际物业管理（北京）有限公司 两家公司均为美国凯悦集团在华设立的全资子公司，办公地点为北京。主要负责协助凯悦集团在中国大陆地区即将开张的酒店及物业管理项目。 现有所述职位诚待你的加入。 具体要求：所述职位均须具备五年以上相关职位工作经验。请在简历中注明应征部门与职位。所有人选简历均会存入集团人才库，恕不退还。我们只会挑选符合条件的人选进行面试，未符合条件的人选恕不另行通知。 有意者请将个人简历及近照电邮至或寄信至本公司。 请在邮件标题栏中注明应征部门与职位，所有简历须以附件形式发至recruit.beiws@hyattintl.com。 职位介绍 Project Architect Responsibilities include: > Manage, simultaneously, the overview of Design process among the consultants with the purpose of safeguarding the Owners' interests and the Hyatt product. > Work within an internal team to service projects from all angles. > Evaluate potential projects in rudimentary or sketch design form to assess viability. > To produce sketch drawings and CAD drawings in order to communicate with the Owner's Consultants. > Work on refurbishment projects and provide design guidelines and advice to operating teams. > Provide guidance to Owner's consultants, contractors and project management teams on the implementation of Hyatt International's Design Recommendations and Minimum Standards. > To assist the Owners' design consultants on initial space planning and conceptual design. > To review drawings and approve drawings submitted by the various design consultants. > To overview drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure that the approved designs have been incorporated. > To provide advice on specifications for fabrics, finishes, carpeting and surfaces. > To review specifications for interior furnishings and fixtures. > To assist in the development of landscape site plans. > To produce support area (back-of-house) layouts in accordance with Hyatt International's Design Recommendations and Minimum Standards. Requirements: > Good verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and English. > A confident, outgoing personality, but able to listen and interact with other to make sound decisions, flexibility to travel overseas as required. > Ability to communicate with Owner's Representatives and Senior Management as well as Owner's Architects and Designers, and Hotel Operations personnel. > 5-8 years experience in the architectural/interior design field or hotel interior design > Architectural degree. > Exposure to all phases of design management documentation process is essential. > Must have CAD experience & skills. > International experience/exposure an advantage. |
