ARCHITECTS Candidates should posses the following – · Minimum Bachelors Degree in Architecture from a recognized Chinese or Foreign Tertiary Institution with minimum study duration of 5 years · Fluency in both verbal and written Mandarin and English · Successful completion of Grade 1 and 2 Registration Exams or the foreign equivalent · 5-7 years experience working with a highly regarded Local Design Institute / Architect or Foreign Architect on a broad range of project types and covering all aspects of Design, Documentation and Project Management · A high level of proficiency in the following software - candidates should be prepared to be tested on these skills o AUTOCAD 2003/2004 o ADOBE CREATIVE SUITE (incl Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) o MICROSOFT OFFICE (incl Word, Excel, Powerpoint) · Skills in 3D Studio Max or other 3D software would be an advantage · Outstanding 2D and 3D free-hand drawing skills are essential · A thorough and well developed understanding of local building regulations and practices is essential · Experience in Sustainable Design and a good understanding of the principles of Green Building would be an advantage ARCHITECTURAL ASSISTANTS Candidates should posses the following – · Minimum Bachelors Degree in Architecture from a recognized Chinese or Foreign Tertiary Institution with minimum study duration of 5 years · Fluency in both verbal and written Mandarin and English · Successful or partial completion of Grade 1 and 2 Registration Exams or the foreign equivalent · 3-5 years experience working with a highly regarded Local Design Institute / Architect or Foreign Architect on a broad range of project types and covering all aspects of Design and Documentation · A high level of proficiency in the following software - candidates should be prepared to be tested on these skills o AUTOCAD 2003/2004 o ADOBE CREATIVE SUITE (incl Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) o MICROSOFT OFFICE (incl Word, Excel, Powerpoint) · Skills in 3D STUDIO MAX and experience in making cardboard, plastic and foam study models are required for this position · Good 2D and 3D free-hand drawing skills are essential · A good understanding of local building regulations and practices is essential · An interest in Sustainable Design and a general understanding of the principles of Green Building would be an advantage ARCHITECTURAL GRADUATES Candidates should posses the following – · Minimum Bachelors Degree in Architecture from a recognized Chinese or Foreign Tertiary Institution with minimum study duration of 5 years · Fluency in both verbal and written Mandarin and English · 1-3 years experience working with a Local Design Institute / Architect on a broad range of project types with experience in Design and Presentation Work · Outstanding modeling and rendering skills in 3D STUDIO MAX · A high level of proficiency in the following software - candidates should be prepared to be tested on these skills o AUTOCAD 2003/2004 o ADOBE CREATIVE SUITE (incl Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) o MICROSOFT OFFICE (incl Word, Excel, Powerpoint) · Experience in making cardboard, plastic and foam study models is essential · Good 2D and 3D free-hand drawing skills, a reasonable understanding of local building regulations and practices and an interest in Sustainable Design would be an advantage. 联系地址：北京市朝阳区东三环中路39号建外soho1号楼 1103室 传真：010--58696991 |
