Requirements include graphic representation, team leadership, coordination, and management skill, client service and communication skill, and verbal and written language skills, and strong knowledge of Chinese building codes and construction practices. Preferred candidate requires international practice experience and fluent language skills in both Mandarin and English. Experience: 6-10 years Education: Professional degree in Architecture. 建筑设计师：有大型及综合项目设计经验；要求包括：设计和建筑表现能力，能熟练使用AutoCAD, PhotoShop, 3Dmax等专业软件，具有良好的团队合作精神，较强的口头及书面语言表达能力，熟悉中国建筑规范和建筑施工操作惯例。具有建筑专业学位，3至6年工作经验。具有国际经验者及流利中英文语言交流能力者优先。薪资待遇从优。 Architect: Experience in large-scale, mixed-use design. Requirements include graphic representation, AutoCAD and related computer skills, team work skill, and verbal and written language skills. Knowledge of Chinese construction practices and Mandarin-English skills preferred. Experience: 3-6 years Education: Professional degree in Architecture. 助理设计师：要求包括：具有熟练使用AutoCAD, PhotoShop, 3Dmax的建筑绘图经验，有很强的制作3-D建筑计算机模型的经验。职责包括：辅助建筑师完成建筑项目设计，联系和管理专业效果图和模型制作公司的服务。有中英文语言交流能力者优先。2年以上建筑建模绘图经验。 Design Assistant: Experience with AutoCAD, PhotoShop, and 3Dmax for building and planning projects required. Strong experience with 3-D computer models required. Responsibilities include assisting architectural production and coordinating out-of-house rendering and model services providers. Mandarin-English skills preferred.
