NBBJ is a multidisciplinary architecture, planning and design firm headquartered in the USA. NBBJ is one of the top four largest design firms in the world and the USA. www.nbbj.com. Some of the built projects include the first twin office towers on the South Bund in Shanghai – the Resource Plaza; the 21st Century International City in Pudong, Shanghai; the renovation of the Beijing Hotel, and the China Electronic Corporations Plaza in Beijing. Please be sure to identify for which position you are applying and salary preference. 1. 资深建筑设计师：有大型项目和综合开发项目规划与设计经验。要求包括：具备优良设计及表现能力，团队领导能力，强烈的口头和书面语言表达能力，精通中国规划, 建筑施工操作惯例及流利中英文语言能力。有6到10年工作经验，建筑或规划学士或硕士学位。 1. Senior Architect: Experience in large-scale, mixed-use design and planning. Requirements include team leadership, graphic representation, verbal and written language skills. Knowledge of Chinese planning/design/construction regulations required. Mandarin-English skills required. Experience: 6-10 years Education: Bachelors or Masters in Architecture. 2. 建筑设计师：有大型及符合项目设计经验；要求包括：具备优良设计及表现能力, 强烈的口头及书面语言表达能力，能熟练使用AutoCAD, Photoshop, 3DMax等专业软件，熟悉 Micro-Station软件更佳。熟悉中国建筑施工操作，中英文语言交流能力优先；3至6年工作经历，建筑学学士或硕士学位。 2. Architect: Experience in large-scale, mixed-use design. Requirements include graphic representation, AutoCAD, Photoshop, 3D Max and related computer skills. Knowledge of Micro-Station will be a plus. Strong verbal and written language skills required. Knowledge of Chinese construction practices and Mandarin-English skills preferred. Experience: 3-6 years Education: Bachelors or Masters in Architecture. 3. 助理设计师：要求包括：具有熟练使用AutoCAD, PhotoShop, 3Dmax的建筑绘图经验，有很强的制作3-D建筑计算机模型的经验，熟悉 Micro-Station软件更佳。职责包括：辅助建筑师完成建筑项目设计，联系和管理专业效果图和模型制作公司的服务，有中英文语言交流能力者优先。2年以上建筑建模绘图经验。 3. Design Assistant: Experience with AutoCAD, PhotoShop, and 3Dmax for building and planning projects required. Strong experience with 3-D computer models required. Knowledge of Micro-Station will be a plus. Responsibilities include assisting architectural production and coordinating out-of-house rendering and model services providers. Mandarin-English skills preferred. Experience: 2-3years. 4. 办公室助理：应有很强的组织能力和日常接待能力，精通中英文（口语及书面语），并在公共关系领域或商业发展及/或市场方面有2至5年相关工作经验，学士学位。 4. Office Coordinator: Required skills include organizational abilities, fluent bilingual skills (verbal and written), and public interface experience in the areas of reception, PR, business development and marketing.
