2012威尼斯建筑双年展之赫佐格/德梅隆

第十三届威尼斯建筑双年展中赫佐格/德梅隆所设计的装置是围绕他们所设计的位于德国汉堡的Elbphilharmonie音乐厅项目展开的，设计师将建筑的部分空间暴露在外，使人们能够看见内部的构造。这些模型是用层压的泡沫做成的，他们悬浮垂吊在室内展厅空间之中。

Architects Herzog & de Meuron have carved some of the spaces of their unfinished Elbphilharmonie concert hall from layered blocks of foam and suspended them from the ceiling of the Arsenale for the Venice Architecture Biennale. Visitors are able to peer inside each model to give them a sense of what the rooms will be like once complete.
