这是由heneghan peng事务所设计的亚洲文化综合体项目方案，项目开始于转变和过渡，它是一个链接点，一页新篇章，也是一个记忆的空间。项目由两个城市规模的礼堂剧院组成，它们连接在既有的建筑之中，之间贯穿新的城市会议厅，公园及交织的公共空间。这些互动的空间位于持续的绿色平地之上，它们呈现出多元性，交互性及凝聚性。
The project begins at a point of change and transition, a hinge, a point of departure: a space of remembrance. A new Urban Forum, a Park, interlinked Spaces of Gathering are formed by two Urban Amphi-theatres hinged around the existing memorial buildings. Formed by continuous plains of green, these are spaces of exchange structured by diversity, interaction and cohesion.
