Bidder pre-qualification inquiry is adopted in this bidding process. 2. 参加本工程规划设计方案招标的单位无国籍限制。 There is no nationality limitation to bidders for this project. 3.项目概况： Project brief: 3.1项目名称：成都国际总部经济区。 Project name: Chengdu International Headquarters Economic Zone 3.2项目地址：中国四川省成都市双流。 Project Address: Shuangliu town, Chengdu City, Sichuan Province, China 3.3用地面积：第一期起步区316亩，远期策划总面积约3000亩。 Plot Area: 316mu (1st stage), total 3000mu (future plan) 3.4建设周期：3年。 Construction period: 3 years 3.5招标范围：“成都国际总部经济区”概念规划设计。 Bidding Scope: Concept planning and design of Chengdu International Headquarters Economic Zone 4. 境内设计单位资质要求： Qualification required to domestic design company: 4.1必须具备甲级建筑或甲级规划设计资质； Certified grade A of architecture or planning and design is pre-requisite. 4.2类似的工程设计经验； Experience of similar project designed: 4.3项目负责人要求为国家注册规划师或一级注册建筑师。 The project director must be the national registered planner or the national registered architect grade one. 5.境外设计单位资格要求： Qualification required to overseas design company: 5.1具备相应的设计资格及所在国家和地区的执业资格证明，其业务领域具有规划与建筑设计内容； Relevant certified design qualification and business license issued by its own government should be provided; planning and architecture design should be contained in its business scope. 5.2类似的工程设计经验； Experience of similar project designed: 5.3项目负责人拥有类似规划设计经验，国际知名建筑或规划专家优先考虑。 The project director should have the planning and design experience of similar project, the well-known architect or planner is preferred. 6.需提供的相关资料： Relevant documents to be provided 6.1设计单位简介（包括专业人员人数、注册规划师和注册建筑师人数及相关作品）； Brief introduction of the design company (including the number of professionals, registered planners and registered architects; relevant works completed) 6.2投标单位相关的业绩资料； Outstanding achievement documents of the bidder 6.3有效法人营业执照副本和各项资质证书（外资公司需提交商业证明）； Valid business license duplicate and all qualification certificates should be provided (Foreign company should submit the business evidence). 6.4法人代表授权委托书及委托人身份证； Legal deputy’s authorization letter and his/her ID card should be provided. 6.5参加设计项目的负责人、总设计师、设计团队主要人员名单、学历及相关工作和设计业绩。 The name, educational background and relevant design achievement of the project director, general designer, key personnel of the design team should be listed. 7. 资格预审合格的投标人方可参与有偿设计，有意向的投标人请到成都市下西顺城街30号四川广电国际大厦7楼的成都万安建设项目管理有限公司报名并领取资格预审文件和相关资料。或将所有资料通过传真、邮政快件或电子邮件于报名截至日前送至上述报名地址。时间为2007年4月17日至4月23日上午9时至11时，下午2时至5时。 Bidders will not be invited to participate in the rewardful design without passing the pre-qualification; bidders with intent should sign up and collect the pre-qualification documents and the relevant from Cheng Du WanAn Construction Project Management Co., Ltd (Address: 7th Floor, Guangdian International Plaza, 30# Xiaxishuncheng Rd, Chengdu City, Sichuan Province, China); or submit the all documents per fax, EMS, or e-mail to the above address before the closing date of registering.
