RSHP employs around 160 people in three offices across the world – Madrid, Tokyo and London. We are currently seeking an office assistance/reception for our Shanghai office. The candidate should be: - holding a bachelor’s degree or higher； - highly proficient in English and Mandarin communication； - with working experience in related position for at least 3 years； experience in design firms a plus； - skilled in standard office software； - experienced with international travel arrangements. Job description: - helping with office setup related tasks； - translating documents related to office operation； - assisting with travel and meeting arrangements； - attending to office management/maintenance matters.
