Requirements: Architecture or urban planning profession, bachelor degree or above； At least 8 years of urban planning or architectural design experience Presided over large-scale projects with integrated design and management capabilities； Strong communication skills and hand coordination skills； Strong control of the entire design to construction process； Strong sense of responsibility and good team leadership skills； Good Mandarin-English communication skills (oral and written) are preferred；working in an international firm and/or oversea education experience is preferred； All nationality possible. 外籍建筑师 非中国籍人士 建筑学或城市规划专业本科毕业，有二年以上设计经验，善于沟通表达，较熟悉中国国情和中国当地设计规范； 具有团队合作精神。 会少许中文，已在中国做过项目者优先。 Foreign Architect Requirements: non-Chinese nationals architecture or urban planning graduate, has more than two years design experience, good communication skill, familiar with Chinese culture and China design code； good team spirit. Ability to understand a little Chinese, projects in China work preferred. 建筑师 职责： 将与项目总监及项目建筑师协作，提供有创意的建筑理念及设计展示，完成图纸表达并提供客户支持及咨询。 要求： 建筑学本科及以上学历； 1-3年以上建筑或城市设计工作经验， 有独立完成单体设计的经验； 具备一定的设计理解能力和表达能力； 精通Auto CAD, Photoshop, In Design, Sketch Up, Illustrator and Microsoft Office等软件； 强烈的责任心和良好的团队合作精神； 有境外知名建筑事务所工作经验者优先。 Architect Responsibility： This position will work with project director and architects in preparation of creative architecture concepts, graphic presentations, production-oriented tasks and support client and consultant contact. Requirements: Secretary or English graduate； Master in Microsoft Office and familiar with documents organization； Responsible and coordinative spirits； Excellent English and Mandarin ability 实习生 建筑学专业及相关专业，优秀应届毕业生或大五在校学生； 富有创造性、主动性，有责任心与团队协作精神，踏实，勤奋，悟性强，能辅助完成设计工作； 英语熟练； 熟练掌握Auto CAD, Photoshop, In Design, Sketch Up, Illustrator and Microsoft Office等软件； 至少可保证实习3个月以上； 知名院校学生优先。 Internship Requirements: Major in architecture or other major related to architecture, excellent fresh graduate or university student of fifth year； Creative, positive, responsible and coordinative spirits，able to help complete the design work； Good command of Auto CAD, Photoshop, In Design, Sketch Up, Illustrator and Microsoft Office； Ensure to practice at least 3 months； Famous college students is preferred.
