Project Leader of Urban Design (Reference # PLUDBJ110303 )
城市规划项目主管

Responsibilities

· Instructed by Senior Urban Designer, leading the design and managing the project team through all stages with project manager.
· To design on large scale urban design and master planning projects ranging from mixed-use urban centers to large scale regional planning
· A thorough and well developed understanding of national and local planning regulations in various cities as plus
· Has substantial professional/technical skills and applies these to contribute to successful project outcomes
· Responsible for managing a number of important clients through building and developing relationships and identifying new business development opportunities
· Mentor and support project/ studio staff to promote skills enhancement and professional development
职责
· 在高级城市规划师的指导下,和项目经理领导所有阶段的设计并管理项目团队
· 主要从事大型城市设计和总体规划项目-从多功能城市中心到大型区域规划的设计
· 熟悉和运用国家和各城市规划条例和规范

Requirements
· 4-8 years extensive design & management of projects, PRC advanced
· Post graduate degree in Urban Design or Planning and Architecture education background is essential
· Developed and respected management skills over teams
· Client and account management with strong communication skill
· Industry knowledge and awareness of trends
· Manage and deliver the project on time, to budget and specification
· Interest and passion towards Urban Design/Planning projects in Asia is essential
· Good communication skills with team, clients and other consultants.
· Outgoing, well organized and self motivated
· Fluent Mandarin speaking and basic English skills

要求
· 4-8年相关设计经验,中国经验优先
· 城市设计或规划研究生学位及本科建筑背景优先
· 善于项目团队的管理
· 较强的客户管理能力和沟通能力
· 必备的行业知识,了解规划行业的整体趋势
· 按时、按预算和公司规范完成项目
· 对亚洲的城市设计/规划项目拥有足够的兴趣和激情
· 与团队、客户和其他顾问拥有良好的沟通技巧
· 外向活泼,良好的组织能力,工作态度积极主动
· 流利的汉语和基本的英语听说读写能力

Urban Designer (Reference # UDBJ110303 )
城市设计师

Responsibilities

· To assist the Project Leader in the management of the design process and in the development of design solutions throughout the concept master planning and control plan documentation.
· Independent research skills for benchmarking and understanding of all types of property developments.
· Sufficient skills to develop context analysis and design diagrams
职责

· 在概念总体规划和控制性规划设计过程中协助项目主管共同完成设计项目
· 独立的案例研究技能和理解各种物业开发类型
· 足够的背景分析和设计分析图的技巧

Requirements
· 3-5 yrs work experience in the master planning, urban design and landscape advanced
· Urban Design/planning/Architecture/landscape degree
· International project experience advanced
· Industry knowledge and awareness of UD/MP trends
· Must be strong bi-lingual (English / Mandarin) user to work with expatriate team and clients in daily basis.
· Computer skills in terms of Adobe package, AutoCad, Office package is a must, 3D skills advanced.

Senior Interior Designer (Reference # IDBJ110303 )
高级室内设计师 – 商业&酒店业

Responsibilities

· Lead the design in the team
· Work closely with the projects management leader and technical design leader
· Collaborate with other global studios
· Report to studio management

Requirements

· Degree holder in interior design or architecture from recognized institution
· 5-10 years post –graduate experience in retail and or hospitality projects
· Strong conceptual design and presentation skills, ability to convey ideas through sketches
· Team skills, able to mentor junior staff and keen in sharing design innovations
· Strong detailing skills
· Experience with branding and theme in design
· Familiar with 2D and 3D graphic and presentation software
· Strong communication skills and conversant in Mandarin and English are preferable

Administration Assistant/Receptionist (Reference # AABJ110303 )
行政助理/前台

Responsibilities

· Provide support in administrative tasks in line with business and growth of the studio
· General secretarial duties and support, eg. typing, filing, fax, data input, expenses claim, etc
· Provide support to the design teams in preparation of submissions & presentations
· Keep track of the book library on a timely-basis
· Responsible for ordering office stationery, eg. company stationery (letterhead, company labels, name card, etc), and other stationery
· Arranging maintenance service for office equipment and its smooth running
· Reception duty
· Provide a professional and positive greeting at front reception and respond promptly to internal/external clients visiting the office
· Ensure effective greet repeat liaison/contact to reinforce our service image
· Maintain clean and tidy of reception area
· Maintain ‘ready to use’ meeting rooms and provide refreshments to meetings as required

· Well developed verbal communication and liaison skills
· Demonstrated ability to determine priorities
· Ability to follow job through to completion
· Ability to operate independently and in a team environment
· Ability to exercise sound judgement
· Sound initiative and confidence
