Candidates should have a proven track record of having overseen at least 2-3 large-scale projects, preferably in Asia, of high quality design at an internationally renowned architectural design firms. Candidates should have experience that demonstrates the ability to lead complex projects of the highest quality and ambition, coordinate and collaborate with an extensive team of local and international consultants (including Executive/Local Architect/LDI, SMEP engineers, fa?ade, sustainability, traffic, etc.), as well as the ability to manage client relationships. You will be responsible for managing all design and construction phases of the project, working directly with the Partner in Charge, and will coordinate our internal design team and all drawing sets, the consultant team, and maintain regular communication and conduct workshops with the client. The ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with all team members is essential. Minimum requirements: - 8 years minimum experience in international design offices - Strong and clear communication skills and a systematic approach to overall project management and the design process - Masters Degree (or equivalent) in Architecture - Highly developed skills in team leadership and organization, client communication, project scheduling, staffing/manpower allocations, high-rise building design, technical detailing, consultant coordination, and construction documents and administration - Knowledge and familiarity with general planning and code regulations - Enthusiasm and commitment to a high level of design in a high energy work environment - Fluency in English； Bilingual (English/Mandarin) is a plus - Strong AutoCAD, Microsoft Office/Project, and Adobe CS skills Salary and benefits are commensurate with ability and experience. Senior Architects/Architects We are looking for Senior Architects/Architects with extensive project experience on large-scale mixed use projects from design through construction. Candidates should have experience during SD, DD, and CD phases of large-scale projects, preferably in Asia, of high quality design at an internationally renowned architectural design firms. Candidates should have experience that demonstrates the ability to work well in teams and coordinate and collaborate with an extensive team of local and international consultants (including Executive/Local Architect/LDI, SMEP engineers, fa?ade, sustainability, traffic, etc.). You will be responsible for developing the design of a large-scale project, working directly with the Project Architect and Partner in Charge, and will coordinate our internal design team and maintain regular communication with the consultant team. The ability to creatively and rigorously develop the design； technically coordinate between architecture, SMEP, and fa?ade design； and deliver a comprehensive depth of detail for each design stage is essential. Candidates should have experience in any of the following areas: high-rise residential design, mixed-use retail design, fa?ade design, or hospitality design with a five-star international hotel operator. Residential Design Architect We are looking for Senior Architects/Architects with extensive project experience on high-rise residential projects from design through construction, preferably in Asia, at an international architectural design firm. You will be responsible for developing the residential design and layouts of a large-scale mixed-use project, working directly with the Partner in Charge, and will develop the design of multiple residential unit types, residential amenities and facilities, and the interior design of common areas and lobbies. Retail Design Architect We are looking for Senior Architects/Architects with extensive project experience on mixed use retail projects from design through construction, preferably in Asia, at an international architectural design firm. You will be responsible for developing the retail design and layouts for a mixed-use project, working directly with the Partner in Charge, and will develop the design of the major retail areas, unit types, retail mix and circulation flow, interior design and way finding, and common areas and lobbies. Fa?ade Design Architect We are looking for Senior Architects/Architects with extensive project experience with the fa?ade design of high-rise projects from design through construction, preferably in Asia, at an international architectural design firm. You will be responsible for developing the fa?ade design of large-scale mixed-use projects, working directly with the Partner in Charge, and will develop the fa?ade design to a DD level of detail for tender/bidding and further development through a workshop-based process of CD level documentation, including material selection/submittals and performance specifications, visual and performance mock-ups, shop drawing review, and factory visits and on-site inspections during installation. Hospitality Design Architect We are looking for Senior Architects/Architects with extensive project experience with hospitality design for high-rise mixed use projects from design through construction, preferably in Asia, at an international architectural design firm. Candidates should have experience that demonstrates the ability to coordinate and collaborate with an extensive project team composed of an international five-star hotel operator and local and international consultants (including Executive/Local Architect/LDI, SMEP engineers, hotel consultant, acoustics, kitchen consultant, F&B operators, spa/water features consultant, etc.). You will be responsible for developing the design and layouts of a five-star hotel in a mixed-use project, working directly with the Partner in Charge, and will develop the design of the overall hotel concept, a prototype room and detailing, multiple hotel room types, hotel amenities and facilities, design and organization of front-of-house and back-of-house areas, and interior design and FF&E for common areas and lobbies. Minimum requirements: - 5-8 years experience in international design offices - Strong and clear communication skills and a systematic approach to the design process - Masters Degree (or equivalent) in Architecture - Highly developed skills in team organization, consultant communication and coordination, high-rise building design, technical detailing, and construction documents and administration - Knowledge and familiarity of general planning and code regulations - Enthusiasm and commitment to a high level of design in a high energy work environment - Fluency in English, Bilingual (English/Mandarin) is a plus - Strong AutoCAD and Adobe CS skills Salary and benefits are commensurate with ability and experience.
