Proficient with architecture design software, such as TArch, AuotCAD, etc. Familiar with national and municipal architecture laws and regulations. 3. Familiar with program approval procedure. 4. Over five years working experience in architecture design and have experience in construction design. 5. Have strong communication skills and learn quickly. 6. Certified Architect will be considered first. 7.
