We have been cooperating with multiple top developers and local governments since then and our projects including mix-use, luxury hotels and high-end residential districts. We offer a range of design services, mainly on the building and interior design. With a new round of rapid growth, we are seeking talent architects to join our team to create new successes together in the rapid growing Chinese market. 项目建筑师 任职资格： 1、建筑学专业本科及以上学历； 2、熟练使用建筑设计相关应用软件（天正、AUTOCAD等），了解国家及上海市建筑规范； 3、熟悉项目审批报批流程； 4、三年以上建筑设计工作经验，有施工图设计经验； 5、具有较强的沟通协调能力和悟性； 6、具备注册建筑师资格者优先考虑； 7、能与外籍设计师流利交流者优先考虑。 Project Architect Certificates 1. Major in Architecture, Bachelor or Master degree； 2. Proficiency in professional software such as AutoCAD and Tianzheng； 3.Familiar with Construction Laws and Design Regulations and the system of examination and approval of project； 4. More than 3 years working experience in Architecture design and construction drawings； 5. Good communication skills； 6. Certification of registered architects is a plus； 7. Being able to communicate with foreign architects is a plus. 助理建筑师 任职资格： 1、建筑学专业大学本科及以上学历； 2、熟练使用建筑设计相关应用软件（天正、AUTOCAD等）； 3、一年以上建筑设计工作经验，有施工图设计经验； 4、具有较强的沟通协调能力和建筑领悟能力； 5、能与外籍设计师交流者优先考虑。 Architect Assistant Certificates 1. Major in Architecture, Bachelor or Master degree 2. Proficiency in professional software such as AutoCAD and Tianzheng 3.More than 1 years working experience in Architecture design and construction drawings 4.Being able to communicate with foreign architects is a plus 5.Team work spirit, responsible, good creative skills 建筑摄影师 任职资格： 1、丰富的建筑摄影经验，对摄影器材皆能熟练运用 （摄影器材自备） ； 2、熟悉PS等图像处理软件负责进行原片的ps处理，包括图片调色和明暗度、对比度等的调整，修改图片大小，以符合网络传输要求。 3、具有独立完成工作准备及协调的能力； 4、有良好的建筑学基础、对画面的光影、色彩、立体空间感有较强理解和把握能力。 Architecture Photographer Certificates 1.Experienced in photo taking and Proficient in photographic equipment 2.Proficiency in professional software such as PHOTOSHOP and be responsible for the proofing the color of photos and real objects 3.Working independently and coordinating with colleges 4.Being able to communicate with foreign architects is a plus 资深室内设计师 任职资格： 1、室内设计及相关本科以上学历； 2、五年以上相关工作经历，有过独立设计样板房，大型别墅、办公餐饮空间，装饰工程设计与施工配合经验； 3、能熟练操作CAD，PHOTOSHOP ，3D-MAX等设计软件；能很好的表达空间，熟悉材料及施工工艺； 4、工作积极主动，富于创新，勇于挑战，吃苦耐劳，有很强的团队协作精神，可适应公司工作节奏和工作压力； 5、擅于和客户沟通，以及现场设计协调和监管； 6、有针对不同区域文化和具体类型项目创意设计的丰富经验，有较好的艺术鉴赏感觉。 Interior designer Certificates 1. Major in interior design, Bachelor or Master degree 2. More than 5 years working experience in interior design for model houses, villa and office dinning space, feel comfortable to cooperate with construction team 3. Proficiency in professional software such as AutoCAD PHOTOSHOP ，3D-MAX and familiar with materials. 4. Initiative, diligent and creative, Team work spirit, responsible and can adapt to a fast-paced working environment. 5. Good communication skills with customers and be able to supervise construction 6. Experienced in integrating various culture into interior design projects and excellent appreciation of arts. 助理设计师 任职资格： 1、室内设计、装饰、环艺相关专业大专以上学历； 2、二年以上室内设计从业经历，富有创意的成功案例； 3、协助主案设计师完成量房，设计，预算的制作及独立完成小房型的等工作； 4、能熟练操作CAD，PHOTOSHOP，3D-MAX熟练，能独立完成效果图的制作 5、能吃苦，有上进心，能承受工作压力 Assistant Interior designer Certificates 1. Major in interior design, decoration, associate degree or above 2. More than 2 years working experience in interior design 3. Associate with designers to survey house, make budget and design. 3. Proficiency in professional software such as AutoCAD PHOTOSHOP ，3D-MAX and familiar with materials 4.
