招聘职位：

Architectural Project Manager
建筑项目经理
· Proven track record managing consultants, and design team on large-scale developments cross China.
· Minimum of 5 years international experience
· Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to actively engage clients and staffs
· Good Communication skill and business development experiences
· Excellent English/Chinese speaking/writing skills
· Extensive network in architecture and creative industry in China
· Proficient technical abilities in Revit, AutoCAD, 3D Max, Rhino, Creative Suite, 3D GIS, or Energy Modelling.

Architects /Design Manager
建筑师/设计经理
· Completion of five-year or six-year architectural degree program
· Three to five years responsible experience in concept design, design development, architectural documentation, and detailing on a wide variety of projects
· Demonstrated general knowledge of architectural documentation, programming, diagramming, massing, building and open space typologies / morphologies, and development cost estimates in China
· Demonstrated general knowledge of building codes, policies and procedures of building permit submission in China
· Strong, architect with the discipline to clearly develop conceptual architecture strategies within the framework of urban design. Must be a good collaborator and be committed to finding innovative solutions to old and new challenges facing today’s global cities, particularly in China

Landscape Designer - Project Manager (5-8 years experience)

Responsibilities:
· To play a lead role in landscape projects as a Project Manager.
· Have experience of managing projects of varying sizes and scale from Concept stages through to Final construction works.
· Ensure key deadlines are met, project stays on schedule and staff work together effectively.
· Manage the completion and presentation of report development / documentation packages to client.
· Report to senior management on project status, design issues and project financial management.

Landscape Concept Designer
景观概念设计师

Responsibilities:
· Desire to work within a progressive and modern landscape design studio with an outlook on creating new and exciting ideas；
· Possess strong conceptual design abilities and have proven track record of concept design production；
· Primary responsibility for concept design production but also possess the ability to continue into Design Development stages；
· Ability to represent those ideas visually in 2D and 3D；
· Experience in presenting those ideas to client to gain client approval；
· Can facilitate design workshops with clients and design directors, taking approved design direction to final production；
· Lead and control support staff (graphic, CAD and 3D staff) within a team structure；
· Regularly report to the supervisors on project progress；

· Major in Landscape, Gardening or Architecture, bachelor degree or above；
· Skilled in Autocad, Photoshop, Sketch up, and Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.
· Strong hand drawn graphics a plus but not required.
· Good working attitude and outlook to promote good team spirit；
· Efficient and diligent, can work under pressure and work closely with overseas experts；
· Good English ability essential, CET-6 certificate will be an advantage.

· Work with Concept Design teams to produce dynamic presentations, graphics and reports
· Work with senior designers to develop conceptual graphics in various software platforms
· Design graphic styles and layouts for reports, presentations, proposals and marketing material.
· Develop new and exciting ways to present designs and analysis.

· Prefer English speaking ability but if excellent graphic design will consider anyone.
· Good hand drawing skills a definite plus
· Ability to create simple movie and animations using graphic & multimedia software.

Responsibilities:
· Production of drawing packages for Design development and Construction documentation stages.
· To work with senior designers to develop innovative solutions to design problems.
· Ability to work independently to achieve project deadlines to required standard.
· Possess initiative to amend and develop construction details as necessary.
· Contribute to expansion of CAD detail library.

· Production of Soft Landscape planting plans for Design development and Construction documentation stages.
· Work with senior designers to develop conceptual planting strategies.
· Develop internal database of plant species and CAD planting details.
· Attend client presentations to attain approval for planting designs.
· Attend site visits during construction stage to monitor and report

· Major bachelor degree in horticulture.
· Excellent horticultural knowledge from all regions of China, especially Eastern and Northern China.
· Previous experience of completed successful planting schemes.
· Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS office software. Knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign and SketchUp is advantageous.
· Possess a good knowledge of contemporary style planting.
· Familiar with current Sustainable planting practices including wetlands and sustainable water management techniques.

高级幕墙工程师(Senior Facade Engineer)
1. 结构工程专业，大学本科以上学历；
2. 熟悉各类幕墙结构计算，尤其是单元式/框架式幕墙，金属/石材幕墙，屋面和点支承幕墙等系统的计算；
3. 熟悉相关国内结构设计规范和分析软件，懂有限元分析，熟悉有关国际规范；
4. 从事幕墙专业工作8年以上；
5. 熟悉Rhino（犀牛）、CATIA等三维参数式设计软件者优先；
6. 工作认真，有进取心，具有强烈责任感。
