MQ studio, a growing shanghai-based creative architecture + interior design studio, made up of an international team of designers, strong in cutting-edge contemporary design, emphasizes on good design and high quality end products, is seeking for:

职位 1：助理建筑师一至二名
· 工作性质及地点：全职/上海
· 责任心强,具有团队合作精神和优秀的创作力
· 建筑学专业
· 建筑行业经验 – 三年以上
· 熟练使用相关设计软件，熟悉本专业各项规范
· 语言：英语/中文
· 英语口语流利者从优
· 工资面谈

Position 1: Architect Assistant (1-2)
· Full time position in Shanghai
· Team work spirit, responsible, good creative skills
· Major in Architecture min.
· 3 years working experience in Architecture industry
· High level of proficiency in Autocad and Photoshop, etc.
· English speaking is a plus
· Ability to communicate in English language
· Negotiable wages

职位 2：室内设计师一至二名
· 工作性质及地点：全职/上海
· 责任心强,具有团队合作精神和优秀的创作力
· 室内设计专业三年以上工作经验
· 熟练使用CAD、Photoshop、3DMax等相关设计软件，熟悉本专业各项规范
· 语言：英语/中文
· 英语口语流利者从优
· 工资面谈

Position 2: Interior Design (1-2)
· Full time position in Shanghai
· Team work spirit, responsible, good creative skills
· Major in Interior Design
· 3 years working experience in Interior Design industry
· High level of proficiency in Autocad, Photoshop and 3DMax, etc.
· English speaking is a plus
· Ability to communicate in English language
· Negotiable wages

职位 3：行政助理
· 工作性质及地点：全职/上海
· 工作职责包括翻译、会议记录、协助外籍设计师日常工作
· 按要求翻译，并确保文件的完整性和准确性
· 应公司需要的其他工作

· 本科以上学历（商务，翻译或相关英语专业优先）
· 相貌佳，建筑行业翻译经验者，英文8级、中级口译者从优
· 良好的沟通和人际表达能力
· 具有独立工作的能力并能积极承担工作压力；
· 责任心强,具有团队合作精神和优秀的创作力
· 熟练使用PowerPoint等MS Office办公软件
· 工资面谈

Position 3: Executive Assistant
· Full time position in Shanghai
· Translate documents into the required language ensuring accuracy and completeness
· Provide interpretation support so as to facilitate expatriate’s communication of conference call or meeting and daily work
· Assist with other duties as assigned

· Bachelor Degree or above (business, translation or English degree preferred)
· Good/Nice Grooming
· Translation experience in Architecture industry is a plus
· TEM-8, intermediate Interpretation is prefer
· Good communication and interpersonal/presentation skills
· Excellent Time Management skills and ability to work under pressure
· Fluent in using several word processing (Word, Excel, PPT)
· Negotiable wages
