Architecture Project manager

Qualifications and Requirements:
Must be effective team players and possess excellent collaboration skills.
Candidates must also possess strong graphic communication skills in Freehand and Computer technologies.
Advanced education abroad is desired but not required.
The ideal candidate will have solid experience in Chinese construction practices and the management of projects in China as well as work in the civic/cultural and workplace sectors.
Other requirements include excellent graphic representation, effective team leadership and project management skills, and strong verbal and written language skills in English and Mandarin.
Applicants should have 10+ years of architecture experience and a college degree in Architecture/Engineering.

Senior Architecture Designer

Qualifications and Requirements:

Business Development Coordinator

Responsibilities:
Working with Vice Presidents, Principals and Marketing Group (managers):
Following up on leads；
Calling clients on behalf of managers；
Taking cold calls and responding to same；
Discussing RTKL portfolio and opportunities with clients；
Summarizing project opportunities size, scope, schedule, fee range with clients as directed by others；
Assisting in the development of Proposals；
Coordination of Marketing materials with the assistance of the marketing group；
Working with Translation companies to assist in coordination of Chinese to English translation of RFP/RFQ documents that we receive；
Translations of RFP/RFQ as executive summary from client；
Assisting in research to evaluate client strength, stability, financial responsibility, project quality, client capability；
Assisting marketing coordinator with the input of information into VISION database system；
Attendance at business development meetings and functions with English speaking staff to provide translation；
Follow up and coordination of proposals with clients during negotiations；
Travel to and translation at client opportunity meetings and contract negotiation meetings outside of Beijing；
Development of Business Development strategies.
Assist in development of strategies for future markets for RTKL services；

Qualifications and Requirements:
Experiences: 3+ years of relative working experiences in A/E industry.
Education: Bachelor degree in PR, BD or related.
Language Skills: English and Mandarin bilingual

Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities:
RTKL is seeking a marketing coordinator for our Beijing office to handle a variety of responsibilities, including:
1. The coordination of marketing activities, such as the origination and development of proposals, statement of qualifications and presentations. The ideal candidate will exhibit fluency in all marketing systems, including project and proposal databases, image libraries, and information systems；
2. The collection of project information, key drawings and images to make project sheet, PowerPoint slides and/or case studies for completed projects. This individual will update the marketing project folder with latest information of new projects and information that will always be included into standard marketing materials；
3. The regular upload of new project images into RTKL’s Database of Image Bank (DIB). This individual will coordinate other marketing/project submissions for other Workplace sector marketing departments as required；
4. The update of new project and other information and/or images into Deltek Vision；
5. The preparation of presentation materials for general marketing or project pursuits；
6. Planning, coordination and/or organization of office marketing events, sponsorships, or attendance to marketing events；
7. Arranging and scheduling Lunch-and-Learn presentations； coordinating visits by material suppliers and related consultants such as LDIs, landscape architecture firms, rendering companies, model makers, engineering companies, and other specialty consultancies that may work with RTKL on different jobs；
8. Coordination of project photography.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Must be effective team players and possess excellent collaboration skills.
Ability to communicate (verbal and written) in English and Mandarin is a must.
Candidates must also possess strong graphic communication skills in Freehand and Computer technologies.
Advanced education abroad is desired but not required.
The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of experience in the architecture/design industry.
College degree in marketing or other related major is needed.
Good interpersonal and organizational skills required.
Proficiency in computer applications commonly used in marketing efforts, including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint is necessary.

Project Coordinator

Responsibilities
Work with senior management in our Workplace Practice Group.
Provide verbal translation during client and project meetings, followed by notes.
Assist with graphic and bilingual preparation of presentations.
The position offers the opportunity to learn architectural management and to work on design and technical assignments.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Candidates with Architectural design, project and /or construction supervision job experiences who is interested in coordinating Master-planning and Urban Design projects.
Candidate shall be great in communication skills, proficient in both verbal and written Mandarin and English, excellent person skills and has great team work spirit.
5+ years of relative experience.

Intermediate Urban Designer

Qualifications and Requirements:
Experience in large-scale, mixed-use design.
Requirements include graphic presentation, verbal and written language skills.
Knowledge of Chinese policy and planning/design regulations preferred.
Mandarin-English skills required.
Proficient in Software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop etc.
3-6 years of relative experience.

Technical Architect
