| Naco (www.naco.net) French Architect/Design Studio located in Bridge 8, Shanghai Since October 2005, Naco set up a design studio in Shanghai in the French concession area. Naco studio is located in Bridge 8, a well-known area with studios for creative designers, advertisers and fashion designers. Naco Shanghai is a very dynamic young design agency with 18 designers including architects, product designers and graphic designers. The staff is half chinese and half foreigners (mostly from Europe). It’s a real melting pot where different cultures brainstorm ideas. Hence, there is a very nice atmosphere in the Naco Shanghai studio. Naco has completed several interior design projects for retail stores and scenography of events and fashion shows. Construction Site Supervisor - Architect or interior architect with 10+ years experience on site； - Follow the construction sites for our projects in China； - Being able to read interior / architecture drawings； - Coordinate with design Institute； - Coordinate with General Contractors； - Solve problems on site； - Make site reports； - Should speak Chinese and English fluently. 2. Junior Interior Designer - 2+ years of working experience； - Good in space planning and project coordination； - Capable of generating quickly construction/technical drawings； - Can use PC and Mac/Apple software such as AutoCAD, Vector Works, Illustrator, and Sketch Up； - Able to brainstorm and communicate ideas within a design team； - Should speak English/Chinese. 3. PR Manager Job Responsibilities: - Build and maintain positive relationships with national and local media； - Communicate with major media on project message. Well connected with the Shanghai trendy community, has a good network of press but also in the design world. Can introduce the company to the right people, right events, and right conferences； - Able to organize small events for the company and develop the image of the company through web medias (blog, communities networks...)； - Write up and edit press releases on a regular basis； - Other assignments by the management team. Key Requirements: - Bachelor degree； - 5+ years experience in communications/PR function in Interior Design field or PR agency. Familiar with PR/media terminology； - Fluent in spoken/written Mandarin and English, French is a plus； - Good communication and interpersonal skills. Dynamic, talkative, well connected； - Creative, strategic and result-driven. 4. Receptionist / Assistant Job Responsibilities: - Take charge of Telephone Switchboard operation； - Receive and guide the visitors； - Handle the incoming and outgoing mails； - Book the hotel and air tickets for the employees and visitors； - Control the office stationery and other administration goods； - Update telephone list information； - Local & national delivery arrangement； - Keep the environment maintenance in good situation； - Support project manager for daily administrative & translation issue； - Support Gallery events preparation； - Other assignments instructed by manager. Key Requirements: - Proficiency in Spoken and Written English； - 1+ year Receptionist working experiences； - Willing to work at an International Company； - Able to communicate with Foreign Clients； - Good computer skill and good coordination skill； - Administration experience is preferred.
