● 项目规划或建筑师
要求：
建筑学或城市规划专业，硕士及以上学历；
3年以上建筑方案或规划设计工作经验，
有参与或主持设计大型项目的经验；
具备优秀的沟通协调能力和徒手表达能力；
具备优秀的从设计到建造全过程控制能力；
熟悉相关设计规范、熟练掌握相关绘图软件；
有较强的抗压能力，强烈的责任心和良好的团队合作精神；
能熟练运用Photoshop，Sketch-up, AutoCAD，In-Design，Illustrator, Office等相关软件；
优秀的英语沟通能力；
有境外知名建筑事务所或知名大型设计院工作经验者优先。

● 规划师/建筑师
要求：
建筑学或城市规划专业，本科及以上学历；
1~3年以上建筑方案或规划设计工作经验，
有独立完成单体设计的经验；
具备优秀的设计理解能力和表达能力；
熟悉相关设计规范、精通相关绘图软件；
能熟练通过模型制作和各种三维软件表达设计构思；
有较强的抗压能力，强烈的责任心和良好的团队合作精神；
能熟练运用Photoshop，Sketch-up, AutoCAD，In-Design，Illustrator, Office等相关软件；
良好的英语沟通能力；
有境外知名建筑事务所或知名大型设计院工作经验者优先。

● 绘图员
专业建筑学,规划专业,本科毕业生；
有较强的抗压能力，强烈的责任心和良好的团队合作精神；
能熟练运用Photoshop，Sketch-up, AutoCAD，In-Design，Illustrator, Office等相关软件；
良好的英语沟通能力。

● 建筑学专业实习人员
要求：
建筑学专业四年级以上学生；
有较强的抗压能力，强烈的责任心和良好的团队合作精神；
能熟练运用Photoshop，Sketch-up, AutoCAD，In-Design，Illustrator, Office等相关软件；
实习期不少于三个月；
良好的英语沟通能力。

SoftGrid is an architecture and urban planning practice founded by Director Rolf Demmler as fully registered WOFEI. The practice emerged as an independent firm from the SoftGrid International network, an international design company network cofounded by Rolf Demmler。

SoftGrid Shanghai has been working on numerous urban planning and architecture commissions across the whole of China since its official set up，concentrating on large scale urban planning and challenging architectural design commissions. These include mixed-use inner city developments and inner city regeneration as well as scenic landscape resorts and rural countryside projects. SoftGrid is also acting as the lead architect on several occasions, supervising and subcontracting other design work such as landscape and interior design. The practice has been involved in prestigious projects like the Shanghai 2010 EXPO and the Chicago 2016 Olympic Stadiums.

SoftGrid has a European design background and methodology but also an over many years experience of their foreign staff in China. The design team, consisting of Chinese bilingual staff trained at top architecture and urban planning universities in China with additional educational and professional experience in Europe； foreign staff who is educated and professionally trained in Europe and the USA.

Through various collaborations SoftGrid has by now established strong ties with major international and domestic developers, technical consultants, local design institutes and construction contractors.
SoftGrid’s practice is an everyday mode of operating an office (the practice) as well as it is a mode of how to approach our environment and design tasks (how to practice). We like to think that spaces are charged with character: sometimes latent, sometimes obvious. Our projects take these existing spatial qualities and bend them, transform them into a new constellation, without discarding what is there. In turn, this generates projects and interventions which - spatially, functionally and aesthetically - stress the uniqueness of each locale and each intervention.

● Project Manager in Urban Planning or Architects
Requirements:
Master degree or above on Architecture or Urban planning from Top Architecture School；
3 years and above work experience on Architectural and Urban Planning design program
Experience or involvement with design of large-scale projects；
Excellent communication skills and Hand Sketch skills；
Excellent project managing abilities on the whole design process from concept to construction control；
Familiar with design specifications, master drawings related software；
Strong in compression, a strong sense of responsibility and good team work；
Proficiency in the use of Photoshop, Sketch-up, AutoCAD, In-Design, Illustrator, Office and other related software；
Excellent English communication skills；
Any work experience with well-known large-scale Architecture or Urban Planning firms is preferred.

● Urban Planner or Architects
Requirements:
Architecture or Urban Planning Bachelor Degree or above from Top Architecture School；
1 to 3 years or above work experience in Architectural and Urban Planning design program
With independent single design experience；
Excellent design understanding and expression；
Familiar with design specifications, proficient in the relevant mapping software；
Proficiency through a variety of three-dimensional software modeling and design of the expression of ideas；
Strong in compression, a strong sense of responsibility and good team spirit；
Proficiency in the use of Photoshop, Sketch-up, AutoCAD, In-Design, Illustrator, Office and other related software；
Good English communication skills；
Any work experience with well-known large-scale Architecture or Urban Planning firms is preferred.

● Architecture and Urban Planning Interns
Requirements:
Chinese Top Architecture or Urban Planning undergraduate student at their last year；
Strong in compression, a strong sense of responsibility and good team spirit；
Proficiency in the use of Photoshop, Sketch-up, AutoCAD, In-Design, Illustrator, Office and other related software；
Practice of not less than three months；
Good English communication skills.
