Competent in Architectural schematic design； experience in large projects is preferable； 2. Skillful in using various design software； hand drawing capability is preferable； 3. Good at communication and teamwork； 4. Capable of speaking or writing English is preferable. 高级建筑师 Senior Architect 任职资格： Requirements: 1、具有较强的建筑及规划方案创作能力、有主持或参与大型项目创作设计的工作经验； 2、熟悉各种建筑构造及相关结构、设备及水电知识、具备相当的工程现场实践经验； 3、有从事建筑设计工作五年以上经验； 4、善于协调沟通，能独立或带领创作团队按时高质量完成设计任务； 5、熟悉多种设计软件。 1. Competent in Architectural schematic design with experience in large projects； 2. Fully knowledgeable of structures, hydraulic, M&E with rich on-site experience； 3. With 5 years above experience in architecture design； 4. Good in communication and able to complete a design task with quality independently, or as team leader； 5.
