ARCHITECTURAL / INTERIOR CAD TECHNICIAN 建筑/室内CAD技术专员 Responsibilities: 工作职责： · Prepare CAD documentation for projects from design to documentation stage · Able to develop architectural and interior drafting of projects according to the relevant standards · Strong background in architectural documentation and a good working knowledge of building detailing REQUIREMENTS: 应聘要求： · Excellent command of Auto CAD software, Sketch-Up Program knowledge is advantageous 熟悉使用CAD软件、Sketch-Up程序知识者优先 · Architectural education background and have worked in the industry within an architectural practice. 建筑教育背景并从事过建筑行业工作 · Minimum 3-5 experience in interior and architecture CAD 至少3-5年室内机建筑CAD经验 · Experience in multiple building types will be advantageous 有过综合建筑类型经验者优先考虑 · Able to co-ordinate various issues in other disciplines 在其他方面协调多项事宜的能力 Interested candidates are invited to submit a comprehensive portfolio and resume, stating expected salary and date availability together with a recent photograph to : e-mail: admin@concept-i-design.com.cn www.concept-i-design.com 3. INTERIOR/ARCH - SITE DESIGN COORDINATOR 室内/建筑-现场设计协调专员 The position requires interior designers/architects with relevant site/construction inspection experience for commercial/retail projects. Applicants must hold senior level experience in the following areas； · Highly motivated individual with strong communication and project tracking skills · Fully fluent in handling interior design/architecture/graphics/lighting drawings/specifications, documents. · Direct participation in design, tender, and construction process. · Preparing project schedules, detailed design documents, modifying and preparing detailed CAD plans, sections, elevations etc. · Estimating project costs, preparing project specifications and schedules. · Manage and coordinate design changes with the design team throughout the design/construction process. · Coordination with the project teams including Project Management, Structure, Mechanical/Electrical, Quantity Surveyor and other specilaist consultants · Review and check the contractors’ construction drawings / specifications, ensuring compliance with the design intent, codes and technical requirements. · Relay site information, client requests, technical issues to the design team. · Strong, positive leader ship and effective communication and problem-solving skills. · Well organized, independant working ability. REQUIREMENTS: 应聘要求： Degree Qualification in Interior Design and/or Architecture 室内设计及/或建筑学本科学历 · Fluent in Chinese and English (Strong verbal and written communication skills are required) 中英文流利（要求较强的口语及书面沟通能力） · At least 2 years site experience, some project management experience will be an advantage 2年以上现场经验，有项目管理经验者优先 · Strong knowledge in design principles, CAD drafting, construction methodology 熟练掌握设计原理知识、CAD制图、建设方法 · Auto CAD, Microsoft Office, Photoshop, and other related design software. 熟练使用CAD、Microsoft Office、 Photoshop和其他相关设计软件。 Interested candidates are invited to submit a comprehensive portfolio and resume, stating expected salary and date availability together with a recent photograph to : e-mail: admin@concept-i-design.com.cn www.concept-i-design.com 4. 招聘项目秘书1名 工作职责： 1.办公室各项目相关文件的起草和修改，包括传真文件、信件、投标文件、合同和其他文件； 2.项目相关文件的存档和管理，包括传真、往来信件，标书以及其他文件； 3.定期更新项目联系表； 4.协助建筑师出席项目会议，做好会议翻译和能力可及的会议记录工作，并分发给相关人员； 5.跟踪项目进程，并汇总编制Project软件体现项目进程； 6.公司各种文件的翻译工作，以及翻译公司完成作品的校对工作； 7.公司图书的分类、存档、借阅管理和整理工作，并定期整理书架，记录并追踪现有书本，以维护图书的数量并利于查找； 8.公司其他project如书籍出版或展览的组织、统筹、翻译等工作； 9.公司server上项目的整理、刻盘，以及盘的存档、管理和借阅的工作； 10.其他项目相关工作； 11.在行政秘书不到位的情况下，协助处理相关事务。 应聘要求： 1.英语、文秘专业，或者建筑相关专业，本科以上学历，英文CET四级以上； 2.一年以上相关工作经验； 3.具有优秀的中英文书面和口语表达能力； 4.精通Word,Excel,CAD等相关软件，能使用CAD者优先； 5.工作责任心强，具有良好的团队意识，有一定的活动组织能力； 6.曾任职于建筑设计公司者优先； e-mail: admin@concept-i-design.com.cn www.concept-i-design.com |
