| To support the development and production of their sustainable planning consultancy projects in the Beijing station, AS&P Architects Consulting (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. seeks a freelance Architect/Urban Designer for the duration starting from middle of July 2010 until middle of January, 2011. The company is a subsidiary of AS&P – Albert Speer & Partner GmbH, Frankfurt, Germany, who started business in China 12 years ago. The company’s scope of work encompasses large scale regional- and urban planning and design, architectural and interior design； mainly in directly commissioned urban and regional master plans, urban and architectural design studies, project-feasibilities and competitions, architectural and interior designs up to the construction and implementation phase. Applicants profile: - Dipl.-Ing, Master or comparable degree in Urban Design/Architecture - Distinguished graphic/production skills including AutoCAD, Adobe Design Premiums and 3D computer modeling programs such as SketchUp, 3D Max. etc.. - At least 1 year of professional experience, preferably at least partly in Asia - Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese Job description: - Conceptual urban design development. - Production/editing of project documents. - Assistance on project station correspondences.
