高级主创建筑师Senior Creative Architect
岗位职责：
1、带领3~5人的设计团队，负责项目从开始阶段到初步设计阶段中的各项工作，处理各种复杂的问题，进行质量监督；
2、能有效地准备，安排并执行各项工作，能有效的与客户交流；
3、保证设计过程中各专业各部门间沟通，监控和配合各专业和技术支持。
1、Take charge of all works from the initial stage of the project to the concept phase, deal with all kinds of complex problems and supervise the quality by leading a team of 3-5 persons.
2、Make effective preparation, arrangement and execution of the work, communicate with customers efficiently.
3、Ensure the effective communications between various professions and departments during the designing phase , monitor and cooperate with various profession and technical support.
应聘要求：
1、建筑学或相关专业本科及以上学历，从事7年（含）以上建筑设计行业工作经验；
2、熟悉中国建筑规章，能独立解决专业设计中的复杂和关键技术问题；
3、熟练使用各种建筑设计软件，具有较强的手绘能力；
4、较强的英语/中文口头及书面表达能力；较强的沟通协调能力；
5、能独立主持大型公建和住宅的建筑工程方案设计；
6、能独立主持工程设计项目，有协调和执行力度，担当设计主设和负责人的职位；
7、项目设计计划的拟定与完成，保证各阶段设计成果满足项目定位、目标成本、报建要求等；
8、有独立主持项目工程建设的经验。
1、University degree or above, major in Architecture or relative, 7+ years working experience in architectural design industry.
2、Familiar with local building regulations and solve the complex and critical technical problems independently during the professional designing.
3、Good command in various architectural design software, strong free hand drawing skills.
4、Good at spoken and written English/Chinese ,strong communication and coordination ability.
5、Independently take charge of architectural construction design scheme of large public buildings and domestic buildings.
6、Act as a principle designer, preside the construction design projects independently, with strong ability of coordination and implementation.
7、Draw up and accomplish the plan of project design, to ensure the result of various stages meet the standard of project positioning, cost and construction requirements.
8、Experience in presiding construction project independently.

高级主创建筑师（外籍）Senior Creative Architect（foreign）
岗位职责：

高级技术建筑师Senior technical architect
岗位职责：
1、带领3~5人的设计团队，负责项目从扩初阶段到施工图阶段中的各项工作，处理各种复杂的问题，进行质量监督；
2、负责项目的工作计划进度、质量、进度和目标完成情况，具体制定、调整和控制项目运行；
2、能有效地准备，安排并执行各项工作，能有效的与客户交流；
3、保证设计过程中各专业各部门间沟通，监控和配合各专业和技术支持；
4、确保项目的设计符合要求。
1、Take charge of all works of the project from the sketch stage to the construction map phase, deal with all kinds of complex problems and supervise the quality by leading a team of 3-5 persons.
2、Take charge of project schedule, quality, progress and accomplishment, lay down,adjust and control the operation of the project.
3、Ensure the effective communications between various professions and departments during the designing phase , monitor and cooperate with various profession and technical support.
4、Ensure project design meets the requirements.
应聘要求：
1、建筑学或相关专业本科及以上学历，从事7年（含）以上建筑行业工作经验；
2、熟练使用CAD，SKETCH UP，3D MAX等各种建筑设计软件；
3、具有一定的建筑设计理论专业知识，有较强扩初和施工图设计能力，能有效处理现场技术问题；
4、熟悉各类产品建筑设计法规及规范，具备丰富的现场施工配合经验；
5、有较强的沟通及组织协调能力，责任心强，具有敬业精神；
6、具有良好的英语读写能力，能进行英语交流者，优先考虑；
7、协调建筑设计与结构、水、电、室内、景观等各专业的技术问题。
1、Architecture or bachelor or above degree, engaged in 7 years or above working experience in architectural design industry.
2、Good command in all kinds of architectural design software such as CAD、SKETCH UP，3D MAX, etc.
3、Strong knowledge in architecture, strong ability in drawing sketch and construction map, effectively settle down the technical problems on-scene.
4、Familiar with various regulations and standard of architectural design products, strong experience in cooperating with the construction on-scene.
5、Strong communication and coordination ability, strong sense of responsibility and working spirit.
6、Good at English reading and writing, good at speaking is preferred.
7、Coordinating the technical problems of architecture design structure, water, electricity, indoor, landscape.
