We specialize in creating state of the art commercial, retail and leisure environments, fusing the skills of our multidisciplinary design teams. We are seeking talented, enthusiastic and energetic people in the following position； 招聘职位： Interior/Arch - Site Design Coordinator The position requires interior designers/architects with relevant site/construction inspection experience for commercial/retail projects. Applicants must hold senior level experience in the following areas； · Highly motivated individual with strong communication and project tracking skills · Fully fluent in handling interior design/architecture/graphics/lighting drawings/specifications, documents. · Direct participation in design, tender, and construction process. · Preparing project schedules, detailed design documents, modifying and preparing detailed CAD plans, sections, elevations etc. · Estimating project costs, preparing project specifications and schedules. · Manage and coordinate design changes with the design team throughout the design/construction process. · Coordination with the project teams including Project Management, Structure, Mechanical/Electrical, Quantity Surveyor and other specilaist consultants · Review and check the contractors’ construction drawings / specifications, ensuring compliance with the design intent, codes and technical requirements. · Relay site information, client requests, technical issues to the design team. · Strong, positive leader ship and effective communication and problem-solving skills. · Well organized, independant working ability. Qualifications · Degree Qualification in Interior Design and/or Architecture · Fluent in Chinese and English (Strong verbal and written communication skills are required) · At least 5 years site experience, some project management experience will be an advantage · Strong knowledge in design principles, CAD drafting, construction methodology · Auto CAD, Microsoft Office, Photoshop, and other related design software. 联系方式： admin@concept-i-design.com.cn www.concept-i-design.com |
