Project Architect项目建筑师 – (Shanghai) Manages, organizes and coordinates project teams and team assignments to complete architectural projects, responsible for ensuring that production of construction documents are in concert with design intent, responsible for project schedules and budgets. Resolves complex technical/design issues and provides guidance to team. Coordinates activity and communication between project team and other disciplines. Primary project types should include: commercial, mixed-use / retail and higher education. Full knowledge of architectural principles / practices. Curtain Wall Project Architect 幕墙建筑师 - (Shanghai) The Curtain Wall Project Architect will be responsible for: · Be responsible for all of the technical aspects of the project during all phases from conceptual design through construction documentation and construction administration. · Good knowledge of glass and its performance. · Good knowledge of the curtain wall framing, its material and installation. · Understand the structural support system in coordination with structural engineers and curtain wall consultant. · Comprehend the environment system in related to curtain wall system and to advise engineers for building system in mechanical, electrical, fire & life safety. · Has to grasp the shop drawings of curtain wall and to check out visual & performance mockup based on specification. · Be able to use software for curtain wall system design. · Deep knowledge of curtain wall system requirement by codes and design criteria in China and international codes.
