You will be required to provide accurate and efficient administrative support to the Shanghai office. Some communication and coordination between Hong Kong, US and UK teams will also be required. The successful candidate will possess the following: 1. English degree with bachelor Degree from top universities, preferably with Architecture industry experience and knowledge 2. At least 2 years working experience in related field, including experience in marketing and business administration； 3. Candidates must be bilingual: Mandarin/English proficiency essential, 4 Strong skills in Office, Excel, Photoshop, Power Point and InDesign are preferable Responsibilities will include: 1. Report to Business Development Director and office Manager； 2. Support design studio on translation and administrative tasks； 3. Answer inquiries with professional manner and coordinate marketing effort with regional team.
