If you are a talented design and delivery architects with 3+ years experience we welcome your detailed CV that outlines your education and working experience. Ideal candidates will be creative, have strong attention to detail as well as have a progressive and rigorous approach to design. A solid knowledge of AutoCAD, and MS Office programs is a must. Photoshop and 3D Max skills are also sought after and will be seen as advantageous. Candidates who are currently working in mainland China, and in particular in the Beijing / north China market will have a marked advantage. Architecture Design Director – Beijing Responsibilities: · Support the Managing Director in overseeing project design integrity, implementation of a rigorous design approach and design management methods to international best practice standards within the Beijing architecture team. · Taking carriage of some key projects including the coordination of a multi disciplined project team. · Collaborating with other business lines to deliver design excellence based on the project design brief and client required standards. · Review of design documentation, produced internally and externally, management of external consultants and report to the Managing Director, Beijing. Requirements: · Bachelor degree in Architecture from international recognized university； Master degree preferred. · Minimum 10 years’ post-graduate experience in Architecture, with most recent experience in Design Management or Design Director role. · Project experience will show design and delivery management of large schemes, with successful track record of project completion in China. Architect Project Manager/建筑师（项目经理） – Beijing · Bachelor of Architecture · 4-6 years in a project coordination role in architecture working with an international design practice. · Min 2 years experience working on projects in China essential. · Experience in large-scale and/or mixed-use projects essential. · Experience successfully managing teams. · Solid client relationship management skills. · Strong financial and budget management skills. · Excellent design development skills. · Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office Suite as well as overall strong computer proficiency. · Strong attention to detail. · Excellent organizational skills. · Bilingual Mandarin–English Speaker (Working knowledge of English required.) Architect/建筑师（Junior Middle Senior） – Beijing · Highly professional outlook and attitude. · 3+ years’ post-graduate experience in Architecture, at least 2+ years working in China preferably in Beijing. · Bachelor’s in Architecture · Experience working within an international design practice. · Be able to work as part of a multidisciplinary team. · Highly creative with a realistic approach to design solutions. · Ability to conceive conceptual designs and use judgment in making adaptations and modifications on projects. · Strong attention to detail. · Excellent organizational skills. · Both English and bilingual Mandarin-English speaking candidates sought after. Architect, Project Manager/项目建筑师 – Shanghai · Over 5 years working experience in a brand known design institution in a project management role in architecture. · Bachelor degree in Architecture, or Urban Planning. Masters preferred. · Experience working in on projects in China essential. · Holding Registered Architect, Registered Planner is an advantage. · Proven experience successfully managing teams； well regarded by peers and direct reports. · Strong client management skills and good team work spirit. · Excellent design, visualization, and graphic skills. · Proficiency in AutoCAD and, Adobe Creative Suite software packages. · Proficiency in MS Office Suite as well as overall strong computer proficiency. · Strong attention to detail. · Excellent organizational skills and good studying attitude. · Committed, Passion for design and aspiration for Design Excellence. · Native Mandarin-speaker. Working knowledge of English required.
