| Progetto CMR represents the ability to think and design in an innovative way for the various scenarious and elements of the workplace, with customer satisfaction playing a primary role. Progetto (Beijing) Architectural Design Consultants Co., Ltd. is welcoming applications for an Architect for our Beijing office. Essential Requirements: · Bachelor degree (or above) in Urban Design or Architecture with 4-5 years of working experience. · Ability to conduct research on Masterplanning-related and Building Design subjects independently. · Very Familiar with China laws and regulations about construction and architecture. · Native Mandarin speaker required. Fluency in English essential. · Familiar with AutoCAD, Photoshop, MS Office Other Preferable Requirements: · Experience working with overseas companies · Good hand drawing skills also beneficial. · Experience working with 3D programs such as Studio Max, Sketch-up beneficial · Promising portfolio of built work which demonstrates technical capabilities. · Excellent design, visualization, and graphic skills. · Strong attention to detail. · Excellent organizational skills. Responsibilities include: · Complete drafting assignments. · Conduct research and analysis as needed for a project. · Compile data, perform design computations, and prepare plans and renderings. · Assist in the production of models, marketing material, and presentation packages for public/private review. · Assist project manager or senior level staff in developing a design strategy. · Attend meetings both inside and outside the firm pertaining to existing and potential projects. · Provide additional support to ensure smooth execution of projects.
