Master’s degree in Urban Design. · Strong portfolio of built work which demonstrates excellent technical capabilities. · Experience working on large-scale international projects. · Previous experience successfully managing small teams. · Excellent design, visualization, and graphic skills. · Expertise in Adobe Design Collection, and AutoCAD. · Strong attention to detail. · Excellent organizational skills. · Be able to work as part of a multidisciplinary team. · Fluency in English required. Senior Landscape Designer/景观设计师 – Shanghai Beijing Shenzhen Guangzhou · 8-10 years’ post-graduate experience as a Landscape Design Project Manager. · Experience working on international large-scale mixed-use, commercial, open-space and residential projects. · Bachelors in Landscape Architecture or closely related field required； Masters degree in Landscape Architecture preferred. · Ability to conceive, design and communicate masterplans and cityscapes from a blank canvas · Flair for design and strong graphic and illustrative capability · Promising portfolio of built work which demonstrates technical capabilities. · Ability to lead and manage a team of junior to mid level designers. · Ability to lead a project team on small to medium-sized projects. · Excellent design, visualization, and graphic skills. · Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite software packages. · Proficiency in MS Office Suite as well as overall strong computer proficiency. · Excellent coordination skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. · Strong conceptual ability highly regarded. · Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential. · Good English communication skills essential. Architect, Project Manager/项目建筑师 – Shanghai Beijing Shenzhen · Over 5 years working experience in a brand known design institution in a project management role in architecture. · Bachelor degree in Architecture, or Urban Planning. Masters preferred. · Experience working in on projects in China essential. · Holding Registered Architect, Registered Planner is an advantage. · Proven experience successfully managing teams； well regarded by peers and direct reports. · Strong client management skills and good team work spirit. · Excellent design, visualization, and graphic skills. · Proficiency in AutoCAD and, Adobe Creative Suite software packages. · Proficiency in MS Office Suite as well as overall strong computer proficiency. · Strong attention to detail. · Excellent organizational skills and good studying attitude. · Committed, Passion for design and aspiration for Design Excellence. · Native Mandarin-speaker. Working knowledge of English required. Ecologist/生态学家 – Shanghai Beijing Shenzhen · Ideally 5 years’ experience in Ecological Planning. · Master’s degree in a Biology from a recognized university · Experience in planning projects, delivering high quality service to clients within strict time and financial budgets · Other required skills: excellent inter-personnel skills, developed technical skills, time management skills. · Native Mandarin speaker and good verbal and written English ability required. Environmental Consultant – Shanghai Beijing · Bachelor degree or above in Environmental Planning and Management, Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Applied Chemistry and other related courses. · EIA Engineer Certification from SEPA preferred. · At least 2 years EIA or CPA experience. More than 10 years EIA and hands-on project management and client management experience required. · Ability to participate and work on projects without supervision. · Able to communicate with clients to get requirements and feedback. · Able to communicate with government departments and evaluation experts for projects approval. · Proficiency in air, water or noise evaluation of prediction models and software. · Proficiency in using Office, ArcView, AutoCAD, Photoshop. · Native Mandarin speaker； working knowledge of English. Traffic Control Consultant – Shanghai · Holder of a diploma or Form 7 graduate or equivalent, with at least eight years’ experience in management and operation of road tunnel, toll bridge or toll highway, of which at least five years at supervisory level / Form 5 graduate or equivalent, with at least ten years’ experience in management and operation of road tunnel, toll bridge or toll highway, of which at least seven years at supervisory level； · At least five years’ experience in operating traffic control and surveillance system and other systems and equipment in relation to the operation and control of road tunnel, toll bridge or toll highway； · Holder of a valid driving license； · Experience in vehicle recovery operations； · Good command of both Chinese and English； · Willing work in Shanghai from time to time, when necessary. · Some experience in the maintenance of roads, bridges and tunnels would be advantageous.
