However, we are now trying to expand our business in Chinese market so we moved to Shanghai since ten years ago. We offer a wide range of design services: from urban design to mix-use； from luxury hotels to high-end residential projects； from concept to construction drawings. Bachelor’s Degree or above with background in architecture related majors. 2. Three years’ experience in architecture design ( have certain experience in junior design and skilled Construction Drawing Design, be able to assist or independently work on project planning and management) . 3. Proficient in architecture software , TArch, AutoCAD, etc. familiar with national and municipal architecture laws and regulations. 4. Certified Architect will be considered first. 5、Strong communication skills and a quick learner. 6、Be able to communicate with our foreign designers. 3、助理建筑师 Assistant Architect 职位描述： 1.应聘者应具有建筑设计专业本科及以上学历； 2.必须精通CAD等建筑绘图软件，以协助建筑师相关绘图工作； 3.具体工作内容为：配合建筑师准备设计详图，CAD设计图纸、招标图及施工图纸等； 4.具有团队意识及良好的合作精神； 5.具有积极进取、不怕困难的精神； 6.英文表达能力。 1.Candidate should have Bachelor Degree or above in Architectural design field. 2. Fluent expression in English. 4、景观设计师landscape designer 职位描述： 1.园林、风景园林本科及以上学历，三年以上工作经验； 2.出色的方案设计能力、手绘能力及文案撰写能力。熟悉景观项目从概念设计到方案、扩初及施工的全过程； 3.熟练运用photoshop,3D,CAD，skechup建模等相关绘图软件； 4. 具有较好的方案理解能力； 5.具有团队合作精神，善于沟通。 1.candidate should have Bachelor Degree or above in landscape design field and with move than 3 years working experience. 2. excellent capabilities of scheme design,drawing technique and project composing ability, should be familiar with the process of landscape project from scheme and preliminary design to construction. 3. proficient levels in modeling software such as photoshop,3D,CAD and SkechUp. 4. good comprehension in project schemes. 5. team work spirit and is easy communicating . 5、室内主案设计师 及 软装设计师 职位描述： 1.室内设计及相关大专以上学历； 2.五年以上相关工作经历，有装饰工程设计与施工配合经验；掌握设计软件（Photoshop、CAD、Cor elDRAW等）； 3.熟悉材料及制作工艺,有制作相关工作经验。工作积极主动，富于创新，勇于挑战，有很强的团队协作精神，可适应公司工作节奏和工作压力； 4.擅于和客户沟通，以及现场设计协调和监管； 5.有针对不同区域文化和具体类型项目创意设计的丰富经验； 6.有过酒店装饰设计工程设计经验及驻现场施工配合深化图纸经验者优先。 1.College degree or above in the field of interior design or related disciplines. 2.Minimum 5 years work experience in interior design, experience with high-end projects.
