The Company started operating on the Chinese market in 2003 and now has two offices in Beijing and Tianjin, relying upon a network of domestic and international partners distributed all over the Chinese territory. Progetto (Beijing)’s design team is made up of Italian and Chinese architects cooperating to provide innovative design solution tailored to the needs of the Chinese market. Thanks to a multicultural and multi-disciplinary approach, our designers are able to provide consultancies for urban planning, landscaping, building design, interior design, and space planning projects, for different destinations of use. Progetto (Beijing) is the Chinese subsidiary of Progetto CMR Integrated Engineering S.r.l., the largest Italian integrated design Company, with headquarters in Milan and offices in Rome, Athens, and Barcelona. Progetto CMR and Progetto (Beijing) represent an innovative approach to planning and design, with customer satisfaction, teamwork and a constant strive for quality playing a primary role. 招聘职位： Progetto (Beijing) is welcoming applications for a Project Manager, responsible for coordinating with Italian chief Architects and capable of organizing the design teams schedule in our Tianjin office. The successful candidate is a Chinese architect fluent with spoken and written English, preferably with at least 5 years experience working in the related industry. More specifically he/she would: - Be an experienced professional who continues to develop his skills and areas of expertise. - Be able to handle many different types of projects and types of work due to a strong generalist background. - Have a good understanding and handle of responsibilities and workflow within the studio. - Posses excellent technical skills, and strong personal initiative. His/her work will reflect a high quality of work and standards, innovation and creativity in work and in developing solutions for client projects. - Continue to develop supervisory skills and be asked to provide guidance to more junior staff within studio. Compulsory requirements include: Bachelor’s in Urban Design, Architecture or Planning. Master’s degree preferred. Strong portfolio of built work which demonstrates excellent technical capabilities. Previous experience successfully managing small teams. Excellent design, visualization, and graphic skills. Expertise in Adobe Design Collection, and AutoCAD. ArcGIS Suite a plus. Knowledge of codes and regulations in the Chinese construction industry. Strong attention to details. Excellent organizational skills. Be able to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
