Please send your cover letter, resume, 2-3 work samples (5MB in size), and compensation expectation to yfgjds@gmail.com. 欢迎有才情的你加入这个有趣的团队，一起“设计精品，精致生活”。 请将您的简历和经典作品，以及期望薪酬待遇，发送至 yfgjds@gmail.com。 高级规划师/项目经理 1、城市规划专业本科及以上学历，五年以上工作经验； 2、具有较强的多专业协调能力与规划设计管理能力，熟悉国家相关规划规范，熟练掌握从总体规划到详细规划各阶段的规划编制工作； 3、熟练运用AutoCAD、Sketch-up、PHOTOSHOP等软件； 4、工作严谨，具有高度的敬业精神与团队协作意识，能够与外籍设计师沟通； 5、具有国家注册规划师资格，或有国外学习生活背景者优先。 城市设计师 1、城市规划或建筑设计专业本科及以上学历，三年以上工作经验； 2、具有较强的方案构思与空间尺度把握能力，对城市设计要素有一定见解，能够独立完成方案设计； 3、熟练运用AutoCAD、Sketch-up、Photoshop等软件； 4、工作严谨，具有高度的敬业精神与团队协作意识，能够与外籍设计师沟通； 5、具有国家注册规划师资格，或有国外学习生活背景者优先。 规划师/助理规划师/助理城市设计师1、城市规划专业本科及以上学历，二-三年工作经验； 2、具有扎实的规划出图能力，熟悉国家相关规划规范，熟练掌握从总体规划到详细规划各阶段的规划编制工作； 3、熟练运用AutoCAD、天正、GIS、Sketch-up、PHOTOSHOP等软件； 4、工作严谨，具有高度的敬业精神与团队协作意识，能够与外籍设计师沟通； 5、具有国家注册规划师资格，或有国外学习生活背景者优先。 |
