The practice operates from offices in Shanghai, Beijing, Singapore and Malaysia. Senior Architect / 资深建筑设计师（一级注册建筑师） 1. Class 1 Registered Architect (PRC) qualification. 2. Experienced in team leadership, with strong design and presentation skills. 3. Experience: 5 years or more in large-scale, mixed-use projects. 4. Very good level of verbal and written English required, can communicate with foreign architects fluently. Senior Interior Designer / 资深室内设计师 1. Bachelor in Architecture. Portfolio and CV should demonstrate creative design skills and experienced in team leadership. 2. Hand drawing skills, Microstation CAD, Photoshop, 3D Max or similar computer skills is desired. 3. Experience: 5 years in large-scale, mixed-use interior design is preferred. 4.
