| Progetto (Beijing) Architectural Design Consultants Co.,Ltd. is a WOFE providing consultancies in the fields of urban planning, building design, space planning, and interior design. The Company has design solutions tailored to the local Chinese market. Progetto (Beijing) is the Chinese subsidiary of Progetto CMR Integrated Engineering S.r.l. ,the largest Italian integrated design Company,with headquarters in Milan and offices in Rome, Athens and Barcelona. Founded in 1994,Progetto CMR is orgnized into five divisions: Architecture, Engineering, Health and Safety, Industrial Design, and Process Management,and is the only Italian member of the HOK European Architects Network, a worldwide partnership of professionals providing local support as well as access to global expertise. Progetto (Beijing) represent an innovative and sustainable approach to planning and design, based on multidisciplinarity, teamwork, and a constant strive for quality. The successful candidate is a Chinese architect fluent with spoken and written English, preferably with at least 5 years solid experience working in design. More specifically he/she would: - Be an experienced professional who continues to develop his skills and areas of expertise. - Be able to handle many different types of projects and types of work due to a strong generalist background. - Have a good understanding and handle of responsibilities and workflow within the studio. - Posses excellent technical skills, and strong personal initiative. His/her work will reflect a high quality of work and standards, innovation and creativity in work and in developing solutions for client projects. - Continue to develop supervisory skills and be asked to provide guidance to more junior staff within studio. - Understand client’s requirement clearly. - Provide feedback and organize design team according to requirements effective and efficiency. - Fully understanding of complete design process (concept, scheme and construction design process) and production. Compulsory requirements include: Bachelor’s in Urban Design, Architecture. Master’s degree preferred. Strong portfolio of built work which demonstrates excellent technical capabilities. Previous experience successfully managing small teams. Excellent design, visualization, and graphic skills. Expertise in Adobe Design Collection, and AutoCAD. ArcGIS Suite a plus. Rich knowledge of codes and regulations in the Chinese construction sector, both for architecture and construction design. Strong attention to details. Excellent organizational skills.
