Please send your cover letter, resume, 1-2 work samples (2MB in size), and compensation expectation to Ripple.Zhang@Mulvannyg2.com PROJECT MANAGERS /PROJECT ARCHITECTS 项目经理、项目建筑师 MINIMUM REUIREMENTS 应聘者需要满足下列条件 •Bachelors Degree in Architecture 建筑学本科毕业 •Fluency in both verbal and written Mandarin and English 良好的中英文听说写能力 •5-10 years experience minimum 5-10年以上相关工作经历 •A high level of proficiency in PhotoShop, InDesign, AutoCad, Sketch Up or other 3D software skills 熟练掌握及运用PhotoShop, InDesign, AutoCAD, Sketch Up, 或者其它三维软件 •Good free-hand drawing skills 良好的手绘能力 •Understanding of local building regulations and practices 了解中国设计规范及实践惯例 •Experience in sustainable Design 拥有可持续发展设计经验 •Exceptional communication skills 良好的沟通能力及技巧 •Good team worker 良好的团队工作能力 •Extensive experience in contract negotiations 具有建筑设计项目成本及进度的掌控能力 •Extensive experience in Architectural Project Management Experience 拥有建筑设计项目管理的相关经验 |
